I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. From first contact with Russell and his team at Starks service has been first class. The whole process from survey to fitting and commissioning was completely seamless. Just had 21 panels (split between east and west of my roof) and a large battery fitted by Russell and his team. The plan being to maximise the amount of solar I generate and combine this with a heat pump (being fitted soon by a separate national installer). I got quotes from a number of solar installers before opting for Starks electrical. Whilst their quote was competitive the thing which stood out most with this company was their knowledge and experience in fitting solar and I liked that they were a local company. I was able to make tweaks to my proposed system and get lots of free advice from Russell’s team so by the time the install went ahead I was really confident about my purchase. There was absolutely no ‘hard sell’ and I was given options for various systems at different price points which was great. The installation was very smooth. The team who did the install were great - worked really hard, were polite courteous and really nice guys who had years (decades!) of experience in solar installs. The system is now working great - even in October! I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish it has been a pleasure to use your company to install the solar panels, Battery and EV charger. Was a couple of small issues along the way but you know you have chosen a good company when they pick up the phone , answer message and call you back.

Relay electrical services recently supplied the electrics to a barn conversion to a holiday cottage. They did a terrific job, always polite , turn up on schedule and do first class work in a professional manner. The internet supply was poor and they advised and fitted starlink to both cottages which has made an incredible difference and much appreciated by paying guests. I am in discussion with them concerning supplying the farm with PV and am impressed at their knowledge and appreciate their advice. I spent my entire working life in house building and renovation and have had several very good electricians working for me. Relay however stand head and shoulders above even the best. Relay Electrical Services recently carried out the electrical work during the total refurbishment of our home. The work included complete rewiring, supply and fit of all internal and external lighting, all electrical work for the air source heat pump and UFH, electrics for two bathrooms including ventilation and electric Velux, and all work relating to boosting the wifi signal and tv sockets etc. The costs matched the quotation and all the certified work was done to a high standard, often in tough conditions during a very wet winter.
