Richard done a fantastic job of fitting all my electrics in the garden office. Including sockets (indoor and out) as well as my spotlights. Richard has previously fitted a ceiling light again I couldn't be happier with. Lovely guy and reasonably priced!

Used Topsparks multiple times. Telephone always answered quickly. Plumber always sent next day if urgent. Plumber always shows up on time and stays to complete the job whether it is 2 hours or 8 hours. Mike and his apprentice are outstanding and did a thorough job and worked really hard. The whole team at Topsparks is ‘user-friendly’. They are very considerate towards my 94-year old father and his needs and provided full technical explanations. Good value and reasonable pricing. Plumber was re-sent on one occasion when further work needed and I was not charged. My thanks to Karen, Aran, Mike and Tim.

Ben replaced our old radiator with a much more energy efficient model. He was reliable and was careful to neatly work around our new wooden floorboards without causing any damage. We will definitely be using Strong’s again.

18 months after supporting the installation of my Solar array with SunSynk inverter and battery, Evolution Electrical came back to install an additional SunSynk battery. Carl and Otis arrived as expected and swiftly got on with mounting and wiring the new battery in. Great install with absolutely no fuss or problems. The additional battery will better support the way in which the use of our solar system has evolved since it was initially installed. Great job, with thanks.

Carl and the team did a fantastic job the installation was so professional and they are all really friendly and helpful every thing was explained before the installation went ahead and then when they had finished Carl explained what we needed to do to make the best use of our solar panels and if we had any questions after we could contact him, looking forward to receiving the drone footage they also took. Carl fitted our sunsynk inverter and battery with great care ensuring the positioning of both met our requirements, the cables were all routed invisibly so not be intrusive! His attention to detail and explanation of how the system worked was excellent. He also provided excellent after care service when I wanted help with some of the settings to get the maximum from the system. Highly recommend him.

Carl and team recently upgraded my PV system adding 10 more panels, an extra battery and upgraded my invertor from a 3.68kw to a 8.8kw. He initially installed a 10 panel system last year so it made sense to invite him back to for the upgrade. Robin is open and honest, explains the work to be done and the products to be used. Our solar panel installation was delayed for a day due to an overrun on the previous job which meant the team only had one day to complete the installation. This was achieved. The team were all polite, friendly and personable and took care of our property. Robin checked the job and made some adjustments to ensure all was as it should be. All essential paperwork was provided promptly and questions asked by email were answered after reminding. Communication was better than average than the Dorset tradesmen we’ve experienced to date. Price was competitive and staged payments were very fair. We are pleased with the outcome and are happy to recommend Robin and his team.

Matt arrived exactly on time and was very happy and friendly. He serviced my boiler, topped up on the water to improve pressure and checked the Fernox concentration . He operated efficiently and quickly but spent enough time to do a proper job . Very Happy with this company to continue to do my annual servicing, which they have been doing for the last 5 years.

I could not recommend CHG highly enough on our recent Air Source Heat Pump Installation. From the very first initial contact and survey by Michael right through to the planning and installation by Stuart and the overall supervision and commissioning by Harry, the company were Professional, Smart and a total pleasure to deal with. They took care to ensure everything was planned as required for the property as well as dealing with all the administration details around the BUS Scheme available for ASHP to the room by room heat outputs and Radiator sizing. We booked CHG Southwest for an oil boiler replacement and some replumbing. Mike and the team were great and did the job very well, quickly, and left the house very tidy too. We would definitely book again and would recommend CHG Southwest to anyone.
