Richard done a fantastic job of fitting all my electrics in the garden office. Including sockets (indoor and out) as well as my spotlights. Richard has previously fitted a ceiling light again I couldn't be happier with. Lovely guy and reasonably priced!

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! Ben and his staff are very friendly and helpful. They were quickly able to arrange a date to come and see what needed doing. Then I was given a wide range of dates for the work to be done, at my convenience. Ben arrived promptly and only took as long as he said he would to complete the work. He answered my questions, both in person and by email and cleaned up afterwards. We had four different lights that needed to be dealt with and now they all look lovely and work perfectly. Ben came to fit a bathroom extractor fan and I was particular in what I wanted (a high extraction rate, loft installed in-line fan, on a timer). I'm pleased the quote was competitive, the communication excellent, and the job was done to a very high, clean standard. My bathroom is now steam free. Ben has also secured a much bigger quote to fully re-wire an entire property for me.

I have been considering creating an en suite shower room and effecting some external works at my property but was somewhat daunted by managing a project. Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating Services and James Newsam Construction were recommended by neighbours. Joe and James, who often work in collaboration, came to assess what was required and quote a week after contact. Options were discussed, sensible advice given and a detailed quote and anticipated start date followed shortly thereafter. The Project commenced on the agreed start date with a team of professional, pleasant, experienced, local trades arriving one after the other! all were well-briefed, hard working and consulted me in relation to any decisions (style of doors, placement of switches etc) as necessary. The ethos and importance of "Customer Satisfaction" was obvious throughout. Any queries I had were responded to by Joe or James, usually within the hour. Joe managed the sequence of events entirely for all the electrical and plumbing work, which was completed to a very high standard. I am delighted with my new En Suite Shower Room, it is spacious, practical and stylish and will doubtless add value to my property. We've been super-happy with Joe and his colleagues. Highly recommended. We discoevered Joe through a previous small job at our colttage where they were sub-contracted by our builder. This week, they replaced a whole lot of ageing night-storage heaters with modern, programmable radiators at our rather old and crumbly cottage in Dorset. Joe gave great advice, answering every email really quickly. We were away when they did the job over a couple of days. We returned to find everything completed absolutely perfectly. The cabling from our meter was rewired as needed. Everything just right. New radiators installed, firmly fixed to our walls of various weird and historic materials. Other than the radiators being installed, we wouldn't have known they'd been here! The heavy old contraptions full of grime and bricks had been dismantled and taken away without any fuss, or dust. Through no fault of theirs, one of the new radiators had a little fault. They responded instantly and had sourced and installed a new one within 24 hours. Unbelievable!
