Five point electrical rewired my flat top to bottom.. The standard of workmanship and professionalism was excellent. They always turned up when they said they would, and left the place as they found it. Clear quotes were given in advance and adhered to, and the cost for the work completed was very reasonable. We had Dorset electrical out to carry out a full rewire of the property, we found the services very pleasing. Given we where worried about the extent of the works required. We ended up moving out the property while the guys carried out their work. They even found us a contractor for making good after. Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. We've been super-happy with Joe and his colleagues. Highly recommended. We discoevered Joe through a previous small job at our colttage where they were sub-contracted by our builder. This week, they replaced a whole lot of ageing night-storage heaters with modern, programmable radiators at our rather old and crumbly cottage in Dorset. Joe gave great advice, answering every email really quickly. We were away when they did the job over a couple of days. We returned to find everything completed absolutely perfectly. The cabling from our meter was rewired as needed. Everything just right. New radiators installed, firmly fixed to our walls of various weird and historic materials. Other than the radiators being installed, we wouldn't have known they'd been here! The heavy old contraptions full of grime and bricks had been dismantled and taken away without any fuss, or dust. Through no fault of theirs, one of the new radiators had a little fault. They responded instantly and had sourced and installed a new one within 24 hours. Unbelievable! I have been considering creating an en suite shower room and effecting some external works at my property but was somewhat daunted by managing a project. Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating Services and James Newsam Construction were recommended by neighbours. Joe and James, who often work in collaboration, came to assess what was required and quote a week after contact. Options were discussed, sensible advice given and a detailed quote and anticipated start date followed shortly thereafter. The Project commenced on the agreed start date with a team of professional, pleasant, experienced, local trades arriving one after the other! all were well-briefed, hard working and consulted me in relation to any decisions (style of doors, placement of switches etc) as necessary. The ethos and importance of "Customer Satisfaction" was obvious throughout. Any queries I had were responded to by Joe or James, usually within the hour. Joe managed the sequence of events entirely for all the electrical and plumbing work, which was completed to a very high standard. I am delighted with my new En Suite Shower Room, it is spacious, practical and stylish and will doubtless add value to my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating, who I will definitely use again. PS the final Invoice was exactly as quote and I literally could not fault any part of the service I received.

Joe and his colleagues did the electrical work and plumbing on our houses renovation. The electrical work carried out (mainly) by Aaron and his trusty assistant Billy is superb. Aaron is extremely methodical in his approach and it shows with the end result. We also had a mini wet room built. The end result is stunning. The tiling and the tanking beneath the tiling was done to an extremely high standard. The tiler Steve is a lovely chap and again, extremely methodical in his approach. Towards the end of the project the final bits of plumbing were completed by plumber Aaron and John. Again the work was to a high standard and it was a pleasure having them in our home. We would definitely recommend using Joe and his team and we will be next spring for the other bathroom to be renovated. Thanks Joe and team. Andy and Lisa. I phoned Finn as he has done previous work for us to see if he can come over, he was able to move his other jobs around to help and was here for half a day sorting the problems that needed doing, my kitchen has been fitted and he moved my one and only isolation switch I had for my oven and hob in one of my cupboards instead of it on show like it was. (See picture) He gave me an isolation switch for my oven, hob and fridge in one of my very small cupboards, and I now have two sockets where the old isolation switch was, We had an very old extension lead for the extractor fan lying on top of the kitchen wall cupboards which wasn't ideal, he put a nice socket in my extractor fan cupboard too. He also fitted a bathroom light, hall light and bedroom light aswell as updating my wall sockets in the kitchen, bedroom and lounge. I'm sure Finn did alot more that I haven't mentioned. Also instead of putting wires for my hob out side on show, he managed to feed them under the floorboards where there wasn't any tiles into the fuse box. Highly recommend, Great work and very tidy. Needed an emergency call out. Got home on Sunday evening to realise I had no power on my sockets in my house, did all the usual checks on the RCD, I couldn't figure out what was causing it, but our house had been rewired only 4 years ago (not by southern electrical services) but didn't think there would be a problem. Gave Jonathan a call. He was very good at problem solving over the phone to see if we could shortlist it to a number of issues, in the end we determined we needed him to come over and look. He was very pragmatic took care around the home, explained the reasons behind the outage, which was traced back to a fault in the wiring in the wall which we would never have found ourselves in a million years. He managed to isolate it and get us back on so we can run the household without the need for the one plug that was causing us the issue... Relief! I'd highly recommend Jonathan, did a great job. Very pleased.
