We contacted Chris to install electrics and network cabling in our new office unit in Bristol. From the first meeting with Chris, all the way throughout the project, working with Chris was extremely collaborative and professional. Chris completed the work to a great level of quality, and was flexible when we had to make some minor design changes along the way. I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.

Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. Ben came to fit a bathroom extractor fan and I was particular in what I wanted (a high extraction rate, loft installed in-line fan, on a timer). I'm pleased the quote was competitive, the communication excellent, and the job was done to a very high, clean standard. My bathroom is now steam free. Ben has also secured a much bigger quote to fully re-wire an entire property for me.

I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Was hassle free and he didn’t even eat all the biscuits I left out for him. I haven’t had my bill yet but I’m sure it will be reasonable and I will pay it promptly. Thanks to the whole team.

My elderly mother-in-law purchased a Bosch hob as her old one had been diagnosed as being faulty. When the engineer came out to fit the new hob he spotted that the old one just needed switching back on.So they refunded her money what a great service:
