Alway reliable, friendly, and punctual. Generally a great guy and would whole heartedly recommend, has been servicing our properties boiler since we moved in nearly 5 years ago and is always a joy to be around.

I had a very old sit down shower replaced with a bath tub. They came and discussed options, I got a quote shortly after, agreed date for the works. They did exactly what they said they would in agreed timescale, were very clean, tidy in the work and managed to take off and reuse my tiles. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Leroy and his team are absolute stars, we can't thank them enough for their work. LJS had serviced the boiler in our previous house and after the knowledge and advice they shared, they were the first on my list when we moved house. The new house's boiler was overheating and beyond repair. LJS squeezed us into their busy work schedule and had a new boiler up and running within days - plus fitted my Nest smart home thermostat at the same time. They were polite, friendly, tidy, professional and clearly experts. The next time I need heating and plumbing help, LJS is who I'll call.

Heatfluence is the best company we've worked with for complete strip-out and installing new bathrooms (& we've done c.20). Kye has been responsive, ultra-professional, has listened to what we want and executed it brilliantly, turned up every day on time and worked solidly. We would recommend him absolutely. We love our new bathrooms, everything works perfectly, and we didn't even give him biscuits with his coffee. The best. We almost miss him.

Mark converted my boiler from traditional to combi and installed a radiator. I found Mark to be a top guy who barely stops until the job is finished. Very friendly and answers any questions you may have. I've been really happy with his work and would definitely recommend him.

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Full marks and definately one for my future tradesman list.

Malcolm conducted the annual Water Tank Service as well as fixing the plug in the ensuite bathroom. He was prompt to arrive at the prearranged time and conducted the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. He left the respective areas as found. Ben was friendly, great value, lots of experience. He answered promptly and came straight over. We had a new oven fitted and a service on our boiler. After speaking with 5 other local suppliers (most of which didn't even call back!) Ben was by far the most competitive and with the best service. Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Completed job 2 working days later and has done a really neat job. Nice guy to deal with and left everything clean and tidy. Will defo use again when needed.

Zane is an absolute treasure. We've hired him twice now for some unfortunate issues due to previous work not being done properly in our b&b and he was able to fit us into his schedule as soon as possible to help us sort things out. Luke is a top bloke, I messaged him at asking to take a look at removing a bathroom for me and within the hour he popped over. Later that day he provided a great quote and once agreed arranged to come over the next day to do the job. The work was quick and tidy, taking care of everything i had wanted. Highly recommend him, and will be contacting him again in the future for any more plumbing work I have.

I cannot recommend Luke highly enough. He is very friendly and excellent at his job. He is a qualified plumber and heating engineer so can do everything. We virtually knocked our house down and rebuilt it and Luke did everything, refitting bathrooms and toilets to fitting a brand new central heating system. He is extremely professional and we wouldn't work with anyone else.

Called late evening and spoke to Luke following a leak at a relatives house. He was going to attend within 15 mins but after we isolated the water and arranged for him to attend the following morning- he attended resolved the problem and advised on a couple of other issues. Really nice man and highly recommended.
