Ken is very knowledgeable, competent and committed to providing a very high standard of workmanship. He is also honest and transparent in all his communications, which helps create a strong sense of trust and peace of mind. He is probably the best gas engineer I came across and I would certainly use him again in the future.

Ken has done various plumbing work for me over the years, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Most recently he installed a Wiser system in my house and it works amazingly. Takes the time to explain everything, is super-reliable, fair with his pricing, tidy in the way he works and clears up at the end of the job, understanding and really has the customer in mind throughout. I cannot recommend Luke highly enough. He is very friendly and excellent at his job. He is a qualified plumber and heating engineer so can do everything. We virtually knocked our house down and rebuilt it and Luke did everything, refitting bathrooms and toilets to fitting a brand new central heating system. He is extremely professional and we wouldn't work with anyone else.

Called late evening and spoke to Luke following a leak at a relatives house. He was going to attend within 15 mins but after we isolated the water and arranged for him to attend the following morning- he attended resolved the problem and advised on a couple of other issues. Really nice man and highly recommended.

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. They worked tidily and explained clearly what they needed to do. Will certainly use them again.

Our boiler stopped working and when I phoned Thomas at Tap he answered immediately and came out within a couple of hours. The spare part was ordered and our boiler was working again the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I very highly recommend Tap plumbing! I’ve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. Realistic pricing, no nasty surprises at all.

Joe and his colleagues did the electrical work and plumbing on our houses renovation. The electrical work carried out (mainly) by Aaron and his trusty assistant Billy is superb. Aaron is extremely methodical in his approach and it shows with the end result. We also had a mini wet room built. The end result is stunning. The tiling and the tanking beneath the tiling was done to an extremely high standard. The tiler Steve is a lovely chap and again, extremely methodical in his approach. Towards the end of the project the final bits of plumbing were completed by plumber Aaron and John. Again the work was to a high standard and it was a pleasure having them in our home. We would definitely recommend using Joe and his team and we will be next spring for the other bathroom to be renovated. Thanks Joe and team. Andy and Lisa. We've been super-happy with Joe and his colleagues. Highly recommended. We discoevered Joe through a previous small job at our colttage where they were sub-contracted by our builder. This week, they replaced a whole lot of ageing night-storage heaters with modern, programmable radiators at our rather old and crumbly cottage in Dorset. Joe gave great advice, answering every email really quickly. We were away when they did the job over a couple of days. We returned to find everything completed absolutely perfectly. The cabling from our meter was rewired as needed. Everything just right. New radiators installed, firmly fixed to our walls of various weird and historic materials. Other than the radiators being installed, we wouldn't have known they'd been here! The heavy old contraptions full of grime and bricks had been dismantled and taken away without any fuss, or dust. Through no fault of theirs, one of the new radiators had a little fault. They responded instantly and had sourced and installed a new one within 24 hours. Unbelievable! Everything friendly, cheerful, efficient, responsive and charged exactly the price agreed in advance. We are very happy (and warm!) bunnies indeed. Thank you Joe and Mark! Highly recommend, excellent worker and utterly reliable. Carried out a full bathroom and separate toilet installation, including a new floors and carpentry work by a colleague. The bathroom was designed (free service) and supplied by City Plumbing in Dorchester.

Patrick has done a number of jobs for us. Fitted a new hot water pump and four new radiators. His work is reasonably priced, very neat with great attention do detail and good communication. Thoroughly recommend him.

Patrick did the installation of the heating and hot water systems in our new build home 10 years ago and has looked it ever since with annual servicing and any upgrade work we have requested such as water softeners. Super friendly, reliable and trustworthy gas and plumbing engineer.

Patrick was recommended to help us with a full bathroom refurbishment. It wasn't a straight forward job, stripping out the existing bathroom from an old and small house, sourcing the parts and getting it all installed in a short time frame. Excellent service from MJS plumbing & heating. I had an issue with my LPG boiler. I emailed out of hours, received an appointment time within 2 days. The engineer was on time, polite and friendly. He explained the issue and what he was doing, and got my boiler up and running in minutes! Highly recommended!!
