Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Completed job 2 working days later and has done a really neat job. Nice guy to deal with and left everything clean and tidy. Will defo use again when needed.

Marcus is a miracle worker. He managed to get the last 3 screws (in the country) to get my old Suprima boiler running again. Friendly and easy to work with, arrived on time and has great communication! Will be using him again for future plumbing needs. Thank you! Also very good pricing.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. They worked tidily and explained clearly what they needed to do. Will certainly use them again.

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

We had Home Heroes recommended to us and they certainly did not disappoint. Matt, Mark and Owen moved our boiler from its original cupboard to a much more suitable location dismantling an old shower and partition wall in the process and fitted all new radiators. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish and the pricing was very reasonable. They were all very professional and tidied up at the end of each day's work. A pleasure to have working in our home they get 5* from us. Looking forward to them coming back to do the bathrooms next. 😊

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! Leroy and his team are absolute stars, we can't thank them enough for their work. LJS had serviced the boiler in our previous house and after the knowledge and advice they shared, they were the first on my list when we moved house. The new house's boiler was overheating and beyond repair. LJS squeezed us into their busy work schedule and had a new boiler up and running within days - plus fitted my Nest smart home thermostat at the same time. They were polite, friendly, tidy, professional and clearly experts. The next time I need heating and plumbing help, LJS is who I'll call.

I had a very old sit down shower replaced with a bath tub. They came and discussed options, I got a quote shortly after, agreed date for the works. They did exactly what they said they would in agreed timescale, were very clean, tidy in the work and managed to take off and reuse my tiles. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Called late evening and spoke to Luke following a leak at a relatives house. He was going to attend within 15 mins but after we isolated the water and arranged for him to attend the following morning- he attended resolved the problem and advised on a couple of other issues. Really nice man and highly recommended.

Luke is a top bloke, I messaged him at asking to take a look at removing a bathroom for me and within the hour he popped over. Later that day he provided a great quote and once agreed arranged to come over the next day to do the job. The work was quick and tidy, taking care of everything i had wanted. Highly recommend him, and will be contacting him again in the future for any more plumbing work I have.

We asked Luke to install new taps in the kitchen and bathroom. We found him extremely helpful, very efficient, prompt and reliable. The work was done effectively and without any mess. I would recommend Luke to anyone locally looking for a plumber.

I cannot recommend Luke highly enough. He is very friendly and excellent at his job. He is a qualified plumber and heating engineer so can do everything. We virtually knocked our house down and rebuilt it and Luke did everything, refitting bathrooms and toilets to fitting a brand new central heating system. He is extremely professional and we wouldn't work with anyone else.

Our 20 year old gas boiler was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch unit by MJS. The whole process from quote to installation took just three weeks. We were impressed with the friendly and professional approach throughout and, apart from a minor issue in connecting the programmer to the boiler, the installation went without a hitch. Excellent service from MJS plumbing & heating. I had an issue with my LPG boiler. I emailed out of hours, received an appointment time within 2 days. The engineer was on time, polite and friendly. He explained the issue and what he was doing, and got my boiler up and running in minutes! Highly recommended!!

The plumber arrived on time. We had a part fail and we had sent a photo of that part, he arrived with a new one and installed it and checked everything was working before he left. We have used MJS before and are happy to use them in the future. Would recommend them.
