Jack did a great job and he knew exactly what to do right from the start. He seemed a very knowledgeable chap and nothing appeared to be a problem. He kept the work area very clean and left no mess. I thank the company for their swift action in obtaining a replacement boiler following their decision to do so. The boiler is operating very well, better than the previous one ever did!

Jason and team great. Took out old bath and installed new shower cubicle and made good the flooring and other areas. Highly recommended for a fab quality work.

I could not recommend CHG highly enough on our recent Air Source Heat Pump Installation. From the very first initial contact and survey by Michael right through to the planning and installation by Stuart and the overall supervision and commissioning by Harry, the company were Professional, Smart and a total pleasure to deal with. They took care to ensure everything was planned as required for the property as well as dealing with all the administration details around the BUS Scheme available for ASHP to the room by room heat outputs and Radiator sizing. An overall 5 star experience !!!!

We booked CHG Southwest for an oil boiler replacement and some replumbing. Mike and the team were great and did the job very well, quickly, and left the house very tidy too. We would definitely book again and would recommend CHG Southwest to anyone.

Darren at Valley Drains was really helpful. He and his co-worker came out within two hours of me contacting them. They dealt with my blocked drains extremely efficiently. Turned out it was an issue for Wessex Water, so Darren explained how I should be able to get a refund. I found he and his colleague polite, professional and cheerful. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant company!!! Highly recommend!!!! Darren and Co are so helpful it’s beyond words! Fitted us in so quickly with an urgent washing machine drain issue. With a 6 wk old babygirl you can imagine the pile of washing. As soon as I had called to explain the issue Darren and team were on hand immediately to rectify the problem, what a relief 😅. Professional at all times with a friendly manner and couldn’t have been more helpful. Wouldn’t use anyone else for drains or water issues again. Good price very happy.

I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Was hassle free and he didn’t even eat all the biscuits I left out for him. I haven’t had my bill yet but I’m sure it will be reasonable and I will pay it promptly. Thanks to the whole team.

Very reliable and thorough service from Dyer’s. Always use them for boiler servicing and they take time to talk me through the condition of the boiler and how things are doing. Used them for the past two years and will continue to do so in future. Would highly recommend.

Used Topsparks multiple times. Telephone always answered quickly. Plumber always sent next day if urgent. Plumber always shows up on time and stays to complete the job whether it is 2 hours or 8 hours. Mike and his apprentice are outstanding and did a thorough job and worked really hard. The whole team at Topsparks is ‘user-friendly’. They are very considerate towards my 94-year old father and his needs and provided full technical explanations. Good value and reasonable pricing. Ben was friendly, great value, lots of experience. He answered promptly and came straight over. We had a new oven fitted and a service on our boiler. After speaking with 5 other local suppliers (most of which didn't even call back!) Ben was by far the most competitive and with the best service. I would highly recommend Osprey Plumbing services. The business director and owner, Kieran, is reliable and very approachable. He fitted a new combi-boiler in my house recently and I am so pleased with his work. He is efficient and a very conscientious and neat worker, he cleaned up after himself so well you wouldn’t know we’d had any work done. On top of this, Kieran doesn't charge over-the- top, ridiculous prices. His pricing is reasonable and fair.
