Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work. All work done swiftly, cleanly and very efficiently. I will call on him again should the need arise. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Would wholeheartedly recommend. I moved into a new house, and needed what I thought was a small repair and boiler service - I ended up needing a full replacement. Craig was super responsive the whole time, kept me informed and the whole process was seamless. Even to my untrained eye - I can tell the work has been carried out to an exceptional standard. Since installation, Craig has helped me navigate using the system via text. Answering my (probably daft) questions quickly and thoroughly. I know I will be using Craig for all future services and any future plumbing issues, and will be recommending his services to everyone going forward too.

We had an emergency call out late Sunday evening, to our surprise but pleasure the engineer Craig still came at around 11pm. He managed to diagnose the fault but he needed to get us a new C/H pump. Returned on Monday after travelling a fair distance to locate the parts needed. He fitted the new parts, tested and checked all was OK. Brilliant job done by an engineer who actually cared about his work and customer satisfaction. He kept us informed of what was required and that he would stay until the job was done despite it getting late. Totally professional and considerate. Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! So pleased with the finished job. Thanks again Sam.

Sam came to our rescue earlier this week when we discovered a leak from our bathroom was staining our kitchen ceiling. His prompt and efficient work ensured the leak was banished, hopefully for good! What can I say, great customer service - Family run business. Very knowledgeable, service and of parts, with cost. Extremely easy to get an appointment, regardless of how busy Home Heroes are, thank you. The Plumber who attended site, was easy to talk to, distilling confidence, keen to talk through what he will be doing and why. Quick repair/replacement of Shower Thermostat/Valve. Billing is so easy and reasonably priced, quick to do. I was emailed a receipt for payment, which I thoroughly appreciated. I can recommend this company 100%. Kenny is a real expert at both plumbing and (complex) Wifi-based smart heating systems. Had to give 5 stars because you can't give 6! Dan is an excellent plumber who responds quickly and clearly to any requests. We agreed a time and price. He arrived bang on time and did the job for the agreed price. No fuss, no bother. Can't fault him. Photo shows new valve fitted by today. A small job perhaps but important.
