Called these guys for in an emergency as our radiator came off the wall and they sent an engineer out really quickly! Jack arrived promptly and made the situation safe and re hung the radiator. Very tidy and professional would recommend highly he's a credit to the company.

I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.

Superb service from Duncan This morning. Called at 7.30 am after a call from family member with water coming through ceiling and was with us very quickly indeed. Just need to tell everyone what a brilliant job Duncan Sharples has done in completely refurbishing our bathroom. We knew he was good - we just didn't know that he was this good! We have always used Duncan for our emergency plumbing, but this was a really big job, involving completely "gutting" the family bathroom and totally re-fitting it - and this included tiling all the walls. We could not be more pleased with the standard of his work, which is absolutely excellent. The bathroom is now quite beautiful. Duncan is a very highly skilled plumber, with a totally professional approach. We trust him 100% and would highly recommend him to others.

I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.

Steve came over today to give a quote for some works. He went into such detail when explaining what the works would require, and the same day he sent a very detailed summary of our conversation. A great introduction to a professional, genuine guy. Thank you!

Sam is a very hard worker. Very polite and did an excellent job. we cannot recommend Sam enough. I am very pleased with the finished bathroom and en-suite, on time and within budget.

Sam came to our rescue earlier this week when we discovered a leak from our bathroom was staining our kitchen ceiling. His prompt and efficient work ensured the leak was banished, hopefully for good! Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! Serious leak quickly detected. The job entailed removing a fitted kitchen cupboard and dishwasher,repairing leak to very high standard and drying out concrete floor.The cupboard was refitted ,the dishwasher re- installed and all debris removed. Would highly recommend.

I've had Canford Drains over twice now - most recently to replace a section of subsided pipework. Fantastic service, brick driveway was put back like nothing has happened. One to keep in the contact list for whenever they are needed and shows why they are so highly rated locally.

I'm currently renovating a property that has been empty for more than 2 years so felt it appropriate to have the drainage system checked & cleaned in preparation for my eventual occupation. To be honest, I didn't ring around for this service - based on previous reviews I only contacted Canford Drains. I haven't been disappointed. True to his word Mark fitted me in at the earliest opportunity. Darren & George did a great job making sense of my system, thoroughly & methodically cleaning everything out & allowing me the opportunity to view the images from the camera. Darren explained everything and put my mind at ease. All very professional. No hesitation in recommending the company.

Used this company on Saturday 4th January 2025. Had a major problem with our sinks and toilet not draining away. Needed some urgent help but was sceptical who to ring. After a few searches on Google I found Canford Drains who had overall amazing internet reviews. Called the owner who sent one of his operatives within 1 hour , I was kept informed of the arrival time constantly. The operative was professional , experienced and sorted the problem within less than an hour. Bearing in mind this was an emergency call out on a Saturday morning and all was sorted within 2 hours of me ringing the cost was very fair. No payment demanded , sent an invoice a few days later.
