I call JCU cleaning and from the initial call to carrying out the work they were very professional, completed the work when they said they would and kept informed all the time. My floors were covered with stubborn carpet glue that I couldn't remove myself. Eco Steam Cleaners came and worked so hard. Very quick response from Mal who came for a look and gave me an idea of price. We arranged when Mal would come to do the cleaning, and she arrived on time and set straight to work. She worked quietly but methodically. When I went to have a look, I was amazed how clean she had got things. She'd removed grease from the top of cupboards, limescale from the taps and sink. After a deep clean on the kitchen, she then did the bathroom. I was very impressed with the results and with how hard Mal worked. I definitely recommend, especially as the cleaning is done with steam so there's no chemical smell. I will use this company again.

Not only were the team efficient beyond my capabilities, but the sensitivity applied and the understanding of trauma and its impact was made non judgemental. Clean Deep Services carried out a builders clean for us (BCP Council) on a block of 6 flats in the Winton area. I was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail e.g. opening the windows and cleaning inside the window sash. Their team were all friendly and seemed to take pride in their work. We have used many local cleaning firms, but I can confidently say Clean Deep's results have been one of the best.

Annamarie was not judgemental at all and really helped me mentally aswell as physically. Annamarie sat with me for 3 days and decluttered my house one room at a time knowing I was quite a hoarder and helped me pack ready to move out, She also did an end of tenancy clean once I’d moved out which was fantastic Annamarie is absolutely amazing at what she does but is also so friendly and understanding she makes you feel as if she has known you for years and was a massive emotional support to me through a very difficult time. What can I say - ABC Cleaning Services are class - We used a number of different cleaners before and just not suitable - Nearly gave up then boom they were here and they smash it - Super Flexible - do the job well and easy to get on with!!! Highly Recommend them and just sorry my coffee making skills are poor!

Wasn't really sure exactly what I needed, but with great reviews I thought let's give them a go and I'm so glad I did! Andy came out to have a look, went through what's what. The team that came out to sort out our gutters and did a wash down too were amazing, very respectful of our property, cleaned up and made them look as if they were brand new! So pleased with the job, I didn't get the two lads names but they are an asset to your company indeed 😊
