Fantastic service! Asked for a deep clean with carpet cleaning - and wow, the team really pulled out all the stops! Incredible results from a hard working and lovely team. One thing to mention was that I was asked for full payment upfront, which did make me a little wary, but i shouldn't have worried. So so pleased with the results, i can't thank you guys enough!

I used ABC cleaning services when I moved house, I had accumulated a lot of things from the past that I needed to let go of but wasn’t able to tackle it alone. Annamarie was not judgemental at all and really helped me mentally aswell as physically. Annamarie sat with me for 3 days and decluttered my house one room at a time knowing I was quite a hoarder and helped me pack ready to move out, She also did an end of tenancy clean once I’d moved out which was fantastic Annamarie is absolutely amazing at what she does but is also so friendly and understanding she makes you feel as if she has known you for years and was a massive emotional support to me through a very difficult time. What can I say - ABC Cleaning Services are class - We used a number of different cleaners before and just not suitable - Nearly gave up then boom they were here and they smash it - Super Flexible - do the job well and easy to get on with!!! Not only were the team efficient beyond my capabilities, but the sensitivity applied and the understanding of trauma and its impact was made non judgemental. Jayne and team were very responsive and respectful with their communication, both in arranging the service and also offering ongoing updates. The task, though overwhelming for myself, was carried out with ease; despite little instruction. I am greatly impressed by the service to our humanity and will remember always the rescue mission carried out. The time it took seemed impossible. Clean Deep Services carried out a builders clean for us (BCP Council) on a block of 6 flats in the Winton area. I was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail e.g. opening the windows and cleaning inside the window sash. Their team were all friendly and seemed to take pride in their work. We have used many local cleaning firms, but I can confidently say Clean Deep's results have been one of the best.

Very quick response from Mal who came for a look and gave me an idea of price. We arranged when Mal would come to do the cleaning, and she arrived on time and set straight to work. She worked quietly but methodically. When I went to have a look, I was amazed how clean she had got things. She'd removed grease from the top of cupboards, limescale from the taps and sink. After a deep clean on the kitchen, she then did the bathroom. I was very impressed with the results and with how hard Mal worked. I definitely recommend, especially as the cleaning is done with steam so there's no chemical smell. I will use this company again.
