The service provided by Aspire was exemplorary. Not only were the team efficient beyond my capabilities, but the sensitivity applied and the understanding of trauma and its impact was made non judgemental. Jayne and team were very responsive and respectful with their communication, both in arranging the service and also offering ongoing updates. The task, though overwhelming for myself, was carried out with ease; despite little instruction. I am greatly impressed by the service to our humanity and will remember always the rescue mission carried out. The time it took seemed impossible. I am bowled over by this company their capabilities and the kindness bestowed. I send my love and appreciation to those who came.

I met two lovely ladies from Aspire Cleaning services ( Perbeck) limited yesterday. What a fantastic job they did my home truly sparkles now and looks so fresh. They even cleaned my grubby windows. What can I say! Sofa cleaning was an idea we had as an alternative to getting a new sofa. I felt that after several years, the sofa had collected dead skin cells, sweat, the odd spillage, dust etc 🤮 Chris came over, and after just a couple of hours, we had a fully refreshed and sweet-smelling Sofa! He'd even removed the bobbly bits from the upholstery. It took a while to dry, due to the joins (it's a corner sofa), but is now as good as new! I have to say that he did such a great job, we won't need to see him for a few years! He was thorough and left no mess. A very pleasant chap, and a service we would absolutely recommend.

It's been hard-work finding a reliable window cleaner who also cleans windows properly but I really think we've hit the jackpot with Clearstone Solutions. They weren't phased by our tall house on a difficult position on the High Street either!

The render on our property was looking a little tired and stained and we had originally decided to get the house re-painted when we first moved in. However initial quotations proved to be much more expensive than we had first anticipated so we decided to look at alternative options. After some searches via Google we found one particular option was to get the surface of the render cleaned using a technique called SoftWashing. We decided to use Clearstone solutions based on reviews and the fact they were a fairly local family run business. It is safe to say that we could not have been any happier with the service they have provided. From the very first phone call it was obvious that Shaun and the team were extremely professional and provided me with answers to all my questions. Once Shaun had visited our property he produced a tailored quotation with an overview of all options. We were content with the quotation and proceeded with booking the team in to conduct the clean. We were provided with a pre-work plan and questionnaire which ensured we knew exactly what to expect and what precautions the team would take to ensure our plants and grounds were protected. The team arrived promptly on the agreed date and got working on the clean after protecting the plants and other areas of concern. Myself and my wife were extremely happy with the resulting work, the house looks far better than we could have imagined! The team completed the job in a matter of hours and left the property clean and tidy. Clearstone were in touch to ensure we were happy with the work and that everything was satisfactory prior to raising an invoice. I would not hesitate to recommend Shaun and the team at Clearstone Solutions - a very positive experience and an excellent job! *Edit - some 18 months later and the house still looked great with the exception of a few patches of re-growth most likely attributed to the extremely wet climate and growth of nearby trees. I contacted the team and they did not hesitate to send someone out to treat the problem areas. This was all covered under their work warranty and at no extra cost and needless to say, was done to the highest standards! I will not hesitate to pick up the phone when the house needs cleaning again, a genuine and professional company and a welcome breath of fresh air!

Clean Deep Services carried out a builders clean for us (BCP Council) on a block of 6 flats in the Winton area. I was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail e.g. opening the windows and cleaning inside the window sash. Their team were all friendly and seemed to take pride in their work. We have used many local cleaning firms, but I can confidently say Clean Deep's results have been one of the best.

George did an excellent job on our grubby Stanley oil burner range cooker. Six hours of continuous effort has made the cooker look like new. We will use Bay Tree again.
