Wasn't really sure exactly what I needed, but with great reviews I thought let's give them a go and I'm so glad I did! Andy came out to have a look, went through what's what. The team that came out to sort out our gutters and did a wash down too were amazing, very respectful of our property, cleaned up and made them look as if they were brand new! We used Anna & Henry Best Cleaning Solution during the sale and purchase of our property. Timing was dreadful as it all happened during Covid-19 but I must say that Anna used PPE to keep herself and us safe, she was prepared and very professional. I used ABC cleaning services when I moved house, I had accumulated a lot of things from the past that I needed to let go of but wasn’t able to tackle it alone. Annamarie was not judgemental at all and really helped me mentally aswell as physically. Annamarie sat with me for 3 days and decluttered my house one room at a time knowing I was quite a hoarder and helped me pack ready to move out, She also did an end of tenancy clean once I’d moved out which was fantastic Annamarie is absolutely amazing at what she does but is also so friendly and understanding she makes you feel as if she has known you for years and was a massive emotional support to me through a very difficult time. What can I say - ABC Cleaning Services are class - We used a number of different cleaners before and just not suitable - Nearly gave up then boom they were here and they smash it - Super Flexible - do the job well and easy to get on with!!! If I could give more than five stars I most definitely would! The house we're buying needed a major deep clean from top to bottom before moving in. I contacted Wessex Cleaning who were quick to respond and came out to quote. I had to change the date a few times due but Katie was so understanding and accommodating, nothing was too much bother. The cleaning took three days to complete and the end result is just amazing, what was a very dusty and dirty house now looks and smells fresh and clean. I had Myhome visit to do an end of tenancy clean and I was delighted with the service. The staff arrived in a little van with lots of different cleaning solutions and equipment. They were very polite and swept through the house in no time leaving it as clean as a new pin.
