Katie and Lucas are brilliant! I had them do a carpet clean for my 3 bedroom town house and was absolutely thrilled with it. If I could give more than five stars I most definitely would! The house we're buying needed a major deep clean from top to bottom before moving in. I contacted Wessex Cleaning who were quick to respond and came out to quote. I had to change the date a few times due but Katie was so understanding and accommodating, nothing was too much bother. The cleaning took three days to complete and the end result is just amazing, what was a very dusty and dirty house now looks and smells fresh and clean. A huge thank you to Katie and her team for a brilliant job!

Fantastic service! Asked for a deep clean with carpet cleaning - and wow, the team really pulled out all the stops! Incredible results from a hard working and lovely team. One thing to mention was that I was asked for full payment upfront, which did make me a little wary, but i shouldn't have worried. So so pleased with the results, i can't thank you guys enough!

I found Clearstone Solutions to be very professional in their approach to solving my render cleaning requirement, explaining the processes involved and the results that could be expected as shown in the attached images. The render on our property was looking a little tired and stained and we had originally decided to get the house re-painted when we first moved in. However initial quotations proved to be much more expensive than we had first anticipated so we decided to look at alternative options. After some searches via Google we found one particular option was to get the surface of the render cleaned using a technique called SoftWashing. We decided to use Clearstone solutions based on reviews and the fact they were a fairly local family run business. It is safe to say that we could not have been any happier with the service they have provided. From the very first phone call it was obvious that Shaun and the team were extremely professional and provided me with answers to all my questions. Once Shaun had visited our property he produced a tailored quotation with an overview of all options. We were content with the quotation and proceeded with booking the team in to conduct the clean. We were provided with a pre-work plan and questionnaire which ensured we knew exactly what to expect and what precautions the team would take to ensure our plants and grounds were protected. The team arrived promptly on the agreed date and got working on the clean after protecting the plants and other areas of concern. Myself and my wife were extremely happy with the resulting work, the house looks far better than we could have imagined! The team completed the job in a matter of hours and left the property clean and tidy. Clearstone were in touch to ensure we were happy with the work and that everything was satisfactory prior to raising an invoice. I would not hesitate to recommend Shaun and the team at Clearstone Solutions - a very positive experience and an excellent job! *Edit - some 18 months later and the house still looked great with the exception of a few patches of re-growth most likely attributed to the extremely wet climate and growth of nearby trees. I contacted the team and they did not hesitate to send someone out to treat the problem areas. This was all covered under their work warranty and at no extra cost and needless to say, was done to the highest standards! I will not hesitate to pick up the phone when the house needs cleaning again, a genuine and professional company and a welcome breath of fresh air!

The service provided by Aspire was exemplorary. Not only were the team efficient beyond my capabilities, but the sensitivity applied and the understanding of trauma and its impact was made non judgemental. Jayne and team were very responsive and respectful with their communication, both in arranging the service and also offering ongoing updates. The task, though overwhelming for myself, was carried out with ease; despite little instruction. I am greatly impressed by the service to our humanity and will remember always the rescue mission carried out. The time it took seemed impossible.
