Fantastic service! Asked for a deep clean with carpet cleaning - and wow, the team really pulled out all the stops! Incredible results from a hard working and lovely team. One thing to mention was that I was asked for full payment upfront, which did make me a little wary, but i shouldn't have worried. So so pleased with the results, i can't thank you guys enough!

I booked an end of tenancy clean for a three bedroom, three bathroom rented house. All communications with Zoe were easy, and her team were both friendly and highly efficient. We needed someone to do a thorough clean when we were selling my mother's flat after she passed away. After my initial inquiry,I was rung back promptly and booked in quickly.The team arrived slightly early and immediately began work , we left them to get on with it and they did a fantastic job . The service provided by Aspire was exemplorary. Not only were the team efficient beyond my capabilities, but the sensitivity applied and the understanding of trauma and its impact was made non judgemental. Jayne and team were very responsive and respectful with their communication, both in arranging the service and also offering ongoing updates. The task, though overwhelming for myself, was carried out with ease; despite little instruction. I am greatly impressed by the service to our humanity and will remember always the rescue mission carried out. The time it took seemed impossible. I am bowled over by this company their capabilities and the kindness bestowed. I send my love and appreciation to those who came.

If I could give more than five stars I most definitely would! The house we're buying needed a major deep clean from top to bottom before moving in. I contacted Wessex Cleaning who were quick to respond and came out to quote. I had to change the date a few times due but Katie was so understanding and accommodating, nothing was too much bother. The cleaning took three days to complete and the end result is just amazing, what was a very dusty and dirty house now looks and smells fresh and clean. My mother had recently gone into a care home and I needed to get her house deep cleaned as quickly as possible after it had been cleared in order to then get it marketed and sold in quite a tight time period. Not only did Deanna respond to my initial e-mail enquiry within a couple of hours, she was also able to accommodate my date requests for both the quote and cleaning as I live a long distance away from the house. From my initial enquiry through to the completed job, Deanna was a delight to work with. She was prompt in her communications, sensitive to the situation and undertook the cleaning exactly as discussed and agreed. What can I say! Sofa cleaning was an idea we had as an alternative to getting a new sofa. I felt that after several years, the sofa had collected dead skin cells, sweat, the odd spillage, dust etc 🤮 Chris came over, and after just a couple of hours, we had a fully refreshed and sweet-smelling Sofa! He'd even removed the bobbly bits from the upholstery. It took a while to dry, due to the joins (it's a corner sofa), but is now as good as new! I have to say that he did such a great job, we won't need to see him for a few years! He was thorough and left no mess. A very pleasant chap, and a service we would absolutely recommend.
