I recently had Orlando come out to deal with a rat problem in one of our properties and couldn’t be happier with the service. I initially spoke to Helen in the office who was incredibly helpful and sent the details requested over straightaway. Orlando attended the property just a couple of days later and sent an informative treatment report the same night. He always followed up when he said he would or sooner and was excellently priced as well. Best of all - the rats are gone! Couldn’t recommend any higher. Thank you!

I highly recommend BMS Pest Control. I called them during the Christmas period when I heard scratching noises in the loft. Simon was able to book me in and visit within one day. They both did an inspection of the inside and exterior of the house, checking for any ways in. After a few days, the scratches had stopped and Simon came back a week later for a follow-up inspection. So far, no noises can be heard. Great service, highly knowledgeable and at a good price! Thank you!

Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. I had another company came to my property they said I haven't got any rodents in my property later that evening I see a rat in my kitchen I called jurassic pest control and they had some one out straight away the guy pulled everything out of my cupboard fridge,freezer, washing machine he showed me were they were coming from I can honestly say I haven't seen anymore since there visit I blocked all the holes that needed blocking thank you so so much

Mervyn came round today for what we worried was rats. He was amazing and said it was bats, not rats and gave a whole heap of advice. He does any pest control including wasps, hornets, bees and more. I recommend him very highly.

Calling late Friday I expected to see a visit in a week or two but we were visited by 1800! Superb service from Adam! Managed to get out to see me within 5 hours of my call to him. Fully explained what he had done and what to expect and stressed he'd come out and respray the wasps nest if the initial treatment hadn't fully taken care of it. Adam was simply great! He came out quickly due to a suspected bed bug issue and quickly diagnosed that it wasn't actually bed bugs but some other problem. Others may have made customers go ahead with an expensive yet unnecessary treatment, but Adam was honest and we respect and appreciate that.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Absolutely fantastic company, so honest and helpful. Unfortunately 😱 we have had to use them in two houses and they have been amazing. First house was dealt with completely successfully. Second house needed no treatment and so no charge - how many companies would do that? Both Frank and Paul are complete gentlemen. With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.

Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!

We have a maintenance contract with Helliars and they carry out regular scheduled visits. Their service is fantastic, friendly and professional. They have also been able to accommodate those 'ad hoc' rodent/insect issues where intervention is needed rather quickly. I would highly recommend Helliars to anyone.
