Great service from Killtech, I couldn’t get through by phone as busy but got a text immediately asking for details. Calling late Friday I expected to see a visit in a week or two but we were visited by 1800! Swift, friendly and efficient service and competitively priced, with it made clear if there were any issues they’d return free of charge. Will recommend locally

Merv is a master of his craft and a lovely guy to boot. He delivers superb service and excellent advice. He has recently dealt with a problematic hornets nest and then also a wasp nest. Both were done quickly, successfully and at a good price. Also, he’s a lovely guy.

I called, and within an hour Mervyn was outside, 30 mins later the wasp nest was treated. Two days later it is dead. I know the hour' wait was exceptional. I've used Killtech for clients rats, mice, bees and wasp infestations - they are great. No hesitation in recommending.

Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!

Absolutely fantastic company, so honest and helpful. Unfortunately 😱 we have had to use them in two houses and they have been amazing. First house was dealt with completely successfully. Second house needed no treatment and so no charge - how many companies would do that? Both Frank and Paul are complete gentlemen. With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.

I recently had Orlando come out to deal with a rat problem in one of our properties and couldn’t be happier with the service. We recently experienced a rat infestation in our home due to the cold weather and were extremely stressed. We contacted Paul, and he was incredibly responsive. Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. I had another company came to my property they said I haven't got any rodents in my property later that evening I see a rat in my kitchen I called jurassic pest control and they had some one out straight away the guy pulled everything out of my cupboard fridge,freezer, washing machine he showed me were they were coming from I can honestly say I haven't seen anymore since there visit I blocked all the holes that needed blocking thank you so so much

Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. Rob inspected the whole property and pointed out potential points of access for mice. He was very understanding of my mum's real fear of rodents and handled the inspection discretely. Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. We have since signed up with Jurassic Coast Pest Control to check our property every few weeks as we do not live here very often. So far this company has not let us down. I would like to also add that we had a problem in the summer with wasps, once again the problem was soon gone. Thank you for the great service provided

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. Ashley and team have come to the rescue on a number of occasions, dealing with barn rodents or bees that have taken up residence in the roof or building walls. They are prompt, thoroughly professional and with good results. Bees are safely extracted and re-homed with bee-keepers. Highly recommend.

We have a maintenance contract with Helliars and they carry out regular scheduled visits. Their service is fantastic, friendly and professional. Warren is friendly, experienced, courteous and professional. I would recommend him very highly. I hope we won't need him again but I would not hesitate to contact him in the future, should the need arise. Apart from dealing with the carpet beetle infestation we called him out for (the blighters have destroyed a carpet we only bought this year), he gave us free advice about wasps and woodworm.
