With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ashley and team have come to the rescue on a number of occasions, dealing with barn rodents or bees that have taken up residence in the roof or building walls. They are prompt, thoroughly professional and with good results. Bees are safely extracted and re-homed with bee-keepers. Highly recommend.
