Jane has helped us with various problems, involving both rodents and wasps, over the last 3 years. She replies promptly to requests for help and is very reliable and methodical. Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person. We don’t know how we would manage without her excellent service.

The lady from Bug Busters is knowledgeable and gives one confidence that she can solve the problem of a wasp infestation near a chimney stack. She came around a few hours after I called. Would totally recommend this company.

I panicked when I found evidence of carpet beetle at home and as it turned out l was highly allergic to them. After contacting two firms and explaining, they didn’t come back to me. I then found Jimi and he was so calming, understanding and pleasant on the phone and best of all could do the extermination the next day. He was just as nice in person and was very prompt and friendly. We don’t yet know if the pests are gone for sure of course, but are certain Jimi has done his best. He explained everything clearly and answered what must’ve been to him pretty trivial questions. The house smelled amazing afterwards too!

My tenant had a sudden infestation of tiny black bugs on the walls at 3pm, so I called All Gone because I liked the name that clearly offers the solution I was after! I spoke immediately to a very helpful and knowledgeable person Dave, who booked in within less than 24 hours. Jimi attended on the day, texted my tenant to update over traffic hold-ups, and communicated the diagnosis and treatment with me before commencing work. It was undertaken professionally and speedily, and they will come back for free if needed, though it is unheard of. Payment was so simple: a text with a link you can easily pay online as a guest, or like me, can download the app and make an account. The entire event was impossible to improve at any point, and I would fully recommend All Gone; they clearly are a great team.

We highly recommend ALL GONE pest control, we had a wasp nest up near our roof and we needed it dealt with, Jimi came to look at what needed to be done and returned the next day with Paul. The wasp nest was dealt with very quickly and the wasps have now gone. Great prompt service can’t recommend the company enough , so professional and Elzabé knows what she’s doing ! I rang in a panic as I had a rat in my kitchen, Elzabé was there by the afternoon , totally put me at ease . Rodent problem tackled exactly as planned on Peter’s first visit. Rectification with the areas of entry identified and sealed was a great relief and no easy task to complete.
