Came out at my convenience and did a first class job of killing my wasp infestation in my kitchen extractor fan flue, thorough service and a knowledgeable pest man who explained everything to me. Very happy with the service. Would reccomend.

We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Jacob promptly arrived at the agreed time, suited up, and dealt with the problem very quickly. Jacob was personable and professional! The work was guaranteed, so asked to call back in the next 48 hours if the wasps are still around. This is the second time we've used RPC -- their service is great. I discovered a huge wasp nest in my garage. Hugh came the next day, and killed the wasps, much to my relief. The service was fast, he did a great, professional job, and he was also a really nice gentleman. I thoroughly recommend him.

Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

I wish we had gone to Terry first for help getting rid of rats. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else now. He is incredibly knowledgable and keeps helping and coming back until the problem is fixed. Wayne attended our work place to help with a rat problem, he carried out an inspection figured out where the rats were making their way in and set out some traps to prevent this. Very happy to recommend Simon and his team. On calling, we were offered an appointment the following day. Simon arrived when he stated he would, quickly assessed the situation and dispatched our problem wasp nest immediately. All done for a very reasonable price. Emergency call out .... After contacting several other all found on Google and being told can't help till next week or for a few days or will cost over £300 to come out tonight. Being a disabled person at risk of death if stung due to breathing issues. Finding a Queen wasp in January in the bedroom was life threatening. Simon, bless him said he had just gotten home but would be over shortly to deal with my Queen wasp. Life saving service ... I really cannot tell you how difficult my life is just existing, so when something like this happens and you phone countless companies all NOT understanding the situation to find one that does made me burst into tears with relief. At personal risk of my privacy I am doing this review as OUTSTANDING SERVICE really is an understatement. The cost £120 I really cannot recommend this gentleman and his company highly enough and I fear the day he goes into retirement. Thank you so very very much.

I highly recommend BMS Pest Control. I called them during the Christmas period when I heard scratching noises in the loft. Simon was able to book me in and visit within one day. They both did an inspection of the inside and exterior of the house, checking for any ways in. After a few days, the scratches had stopped and Simon came back a week later for a follow-up inspection. So far, no noises can be heard. Great service, highly knowledgeable and at a good price! Thank you!

With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.

I panicked when I found evidence of carpet beetle at home and as it turned out l was highly allergic to them. After contacting two firms and explaining, they didn’t come back to me. I then found Jimi and he was so calming, understanding and pleasant on the phone and best of all could do the extermination the next day. He was just as nice in person and was very prompt and friendly. We don’t yet know if the pests are gone for sure of course, but are certain Jimi has done his best. He explained everything clearly and answered what must’ve been to him pretty trivial questions. The house smelled amazing afterwards too!

Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.
