We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Jacob promptly arrived at the agreed time, suited up, and dealt with the problem very quickly. Jacob was personable and professional! The work was guaranteed, so asked to call back in the next 48 hours if the wasps are still around. This is the second time we've used RPC -- their service is great. Professional and competent. Jacob attended, explained the methodology and what he was doing. Came back a week later to review and reset the traps etc, followed by a final visit to check all was well and to tidy up. An excellent service that I recommend.

Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend BMS Pest Control. I called them during the Christmas period when I heard scratching noises in the loft. Simon was able to book me in and visit within one day. They both did an inspection of the inside and exterior of the house, checking for any ways in. After a few days, the scratches had stopped and Simon came back a week later for a follow-up inspection.
