We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Since then, we’ve had absolutely no troubles! Amazing customer service and ideal end result.

David dealt with a hornets nest in-between a porch and roof space at my Mother's home. He was on site within 24 hrs of speaking to him and prompt to the time he gave me. Kind and thoughtful to my Mum who is senior, I would recommend his services.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Chris. We had a problem with starlings getting into and nesting in our loft and Chris' expertise identified where they were getting in and what needed to be done to prevent them. Amongst other measures, he installed bird mesh around the outside of the roof and we haven't see the birds since! We also have a few air-vents in the house walls that we suspected could be points of entry for vermin and other pests and Chris was able to advise and rectify this issue as well. We agree with other reviewers that Chris is friendly and courteous and provides a professional service at a reasonable price. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

Due to a worrying wasp nest on the edge of my conservatory roof, I found 'Platinum Pest Control' on Google. I read all Chris' reviews and decided to contact. Thoroughly impressed with his quick, efficient service. Arriving the following morning, he adeptly removed the nest. Chris explained his methods clearly and with confidence. He had a wealth of experience and learning to with his business and was proud of it. How refreshing to find such a lovely, professional, clearly engaged with his work. Best Pest Control were really really reassuring and professional. My daughter has health issues and bed bugs was the worst nightmare for us. We just wanted to run away! After several companies had introduced us to their methods as a nervous older mum of an adult frail daughter Lewis was the first calming voice in the storm. Lewis’ knowledge, expertise and tireless energy for my slew of questions was instantly apparent and put us both at ease from the get go. His method was revealed to be unique from my the previous researching of what is about in Bristol. As we moved forward and learned from him how to prepare for the treatment we could start to calm down and stop binning our bed clothes and woollens! Most memorable was his manner and humanity both on the phone and in person. Considerate and patient, returning our calls promptly Lewis took thr time to teach us the ins and outs until we were confident. If there was this degree of integrity everywhere in the world we’d all be happy bunnies. Price is another boon and the best out of all the other quotes I was given and those had less thorough approach. We also had best price I had found and guaranteed results. Needless to say the critters did abate according to plan; clearly the best method in my opinion with a ‘no fail’ guarantee. I’m recommending Lewis to all my friends and family hands down.

Lewis helped us out when we found out rats were borrowing into our drains (yikes!). Fast initial response on the same day. Brilliant communications throughout the whole process: explaining what he found, what needed to be done, why and how etc., setting visit times for the different stages of treatment, and always happy to answer my questions. He also co-ordinated what he was doing directly with our drains contractor too (who needed to fix things that the rats had damaged), which was really useful and saved me a lot of hassle. Very knowledgeable, and all works carried out to a really high standard. Superb service, would definitely recommend.

Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. Rob inspected the whole property and pointed out potential points of access for mice. He was very understanding of my mum's real fear of rodents and handled the inspection discretely. Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. We have since signed up with Jurassic Coast Pest Control to check our property every few weeks as we do not live here very often. So far this company has not let us down. I would like to also add that we had a problem in the summer with wasps, once again the problem was soon gone. Thank you for the great service provided
