Adam was simply great! He came out quickly due to a suspected bed bug issue and quickly diagnosed that it wasn't actually bed bugs but some other problem. Others may have made customers go ahead with an expensive yet unnecessary treatment, but Adam was honest and we respect and appreciate that.

Very prompt and reliable. Pest Solutions visit us once a month and we are free from mice and rats despite our neighbours raising chickens. Before we retained Pest Solutions services, we were inundated with rats and had mice in our plant room, these issues are now all properly and expertly managed by Pest Solutions.

Superb service from Adam! Managed to get out to see me within 5 hours of my call to him. Fully explained what he had done and what to expect and stressed he'd come out and respray the wasps nest if the initial treatment hadn't fully taken care of it. Best Pest Control were really really reassuring and professional. My daughter has health issues and bed bugs was the worst nightmare for us. We just wanted to run away! After several companies had introduced us to their methods as a nervous older mum of an adult frail daughter Lewis was the first calming voice in the storm. Lewis’ knowledge, expertise and tireless energy for my slew of questions was instantly apparent and put us both at ease from the get go. His method was revealed to be unique from my the previous researching of what is about in Bristol. As we moved forward and learned from him how to prepare for the treatment we could start to calm down and stop binning our bed clothes and woollens! Most memorable was his manner and humanity both on the phone and in person. Considerate and patient, returning our calls promptly Lewis took thr time to teach us the ins and outs until we were confident. If there was this degree of integrity everywhere in the world we’d all be happy bunnies. Price is another boon and the best out of all the other quotes I was given and those had less thorough approach. We also had best price I had found and guaranteed results. Needless to say the critters did abate according to plan; clearly the best method in my opinion with a ‘no fail’ guarantee. I’m recommending Lewis to all my friends and family hands down.

Lewis helped us out when we found out rats were borrowing into our drains (yikes!). Fast initial response on the same day. Brilliant communications throughout the whole process: explaining what he found, what needed to be done, why and how etc., setting visit times for the different stages of treatment, and always happy to answer my questions. He also co-ordinated what he was doing directly with our drains contractor too (who needed to fix things that the rats had damaged), which was really useful and saved me a lot of hassle. Very knowledgeable, and all works carried out to a really high standard. Superb service, would definitely recommend.

Top quality service from Kieran at KO Pest Control. I sent an email late at night after hearing rats in my loft. Kieran followed it up the next morning with a phone call and got me booked in straight away. Communication was straightforward and transparent. All visits were professional, and I felt at ease with how Kieran explained everything and that he knew his stuff. Would highly recommend David. He visited within 24 hours of calling to deal with a wasp's nest in our loft. Very knowledgeable- enjoyed learning about wasp behaviour! Friendly and efficient. Will definitely use again if we have any further pest problems.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! We are very satisfied with the service provided by Chris. We had a problem with starlings getting into and nesting in our loft and Chris' expertise identified where they were getting in and what needed to be done to prevent them. Amongst other measures, he installed bird mesh around the outside of the roof and we haven't see the birds since! We also have a few air-vents in the house walls that we suspected could be points of entry for vermin and other pests and Chris was able to advise and rectify this issue as well. We agree with other reviewers that Chris is friendly and courteous and provides a professional service at a reasonable price. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

What brilliant service! After hearing scurrying noises in the loft I contacted SCPC and Frank came out the next day, and carried out a thorough survey of my roof space and drains. I could not recommend him more highly.

I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment.
