Lewis is amazing. All the mouse issues got sorted on 2 to 3 weeks, he came with lots of resources with each visit. He is very friendly, helpful and multi skilled. Helped block all holes and gaps plus fixed other things outside the scope of his work. Very helpful chap and genuine. Definitely recommend!

Lewis helped us out when we found out rats were borrowing into our drains (yikes!). Fast initial response on the same day. Brilliant communications throughout the whole process: explaining what he found, what needed to be done, why and how etc., setting visit times for the different stages of treatment, and always happy to answer my questions. He also co-ordinated what he was doing directly with our drains contractor too (who needed to fix things that the rats had damaged), which was really useful and saved me a lot of hassle. Very knowledgeable, and all works carried out to a really high standard. Superb service, would definitely recommend.
