Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest. Excellent service delivered by professional and very personable staff. Cannot praise UPC too highly and actually they were also the best price I was quoted. Definitely now firmly on my call-out list and top of recommendations to friends and family.

We have a maintenance contract with Helliars and they carry out regular scheduled visits. Their service is fantastic, friendly and professional. They have also been able to accommodate those 'ad hoc' rodent/insect issues where intervention is needed rather quickly. I would highly recommend Helliars to anyone.

Ashley and team have come to the rescue on a number of occasions, dealing with barn rodents or bees that have taken up residence in the roof or building walls. They are prompt, thoroughly professional and with good results. Bees are safely extracted and re-homed with bee-keepers. Highly recommend.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Since then, we’ve had absolutely no troubles! Amazing customer service and ideal end result.

Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. We have since signed up with Jurassic Coast Pest Control to check our property every few weeks as we do not live here very often. So far this company has not let us down. I would like to also add that we had a problem in the summer with wasps, once again the problem was soon gone. Thank you for the great service provided

I had another company came to my property they said I haven't got any rodents in my property later that evening I see a rat in my kitchen I called jurassic pest control and they had some one out straight away the guy pulled everything out of my cupboard fridge,freezer, washing machine he showed me were they were coming from I can honestly say I haven't seen anymore since there visit I blocked all the holes that needed blocking thank you so so much

Jane has helped us with various problems, involving both rodents and wasps, over the last 3 years. She replies promptly to requests for help and is very reliable and methodical. Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person. We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

I wish we had gone to Terry first for help getting rid of rats. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else now. He is incredibly knowledgable and keeps helping and coming back until the problem is fixed. Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment. Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. Paul Brown, the technician who visited and dealt with the problem, was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring, and clearly enjoyed his work. A great representative for the company.
