Came out at my convenience and did a first class job of killing my wasp infestation in my kitchen extractor fan flue, thorough service and a knowledgeable pest man who explained everything to me. Very happy with the service. Would reccomend.

We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Jacob promptly arrived at the agreed time, suited up, and dealt with the problem very quickly. Jacob was personable and professional! The work was guaranteed, so asked to call back in the next 48 hours if the wasps are still around. This is the second time we've used RPC -- their service is great. Had George come out to deal with rodents. Done a really good job and property updated with new vents and no problems since. RPC are worth their weight in gold!

Professional and competent. Jacob attended, explained the methodology and what he was doing. Came back a week later to review and reset the traps etc, followed by a final visit to check all was well and to tidy up. An excellent service that I recommend.

Even though i was based in a location where i was not able work with Hugh in person, as we were based outside of the UK. He was able to take time to share his knowledge and help us in a location where there was no heat treatment options possible without the product advice and recommendations of Hugh. Last week, my girlfriend and I realized we had bed bugs for the first time whilst in the process of moving to our new home together. We’d already moved half our stuff and realized we’d have to get both places treated. I’m an incredibly anxious person and couldn’t sleep or eat for days after we found out. I called a lot of places but Hugh was most knowledgeable and (for lack of a better word) human. He talked me through the process thoroughly and answered my millions of follow up questions. Hugh and Graham (i think that’s his business partner’s name) were both so lovely and put us at ease while treating our apartments thoroughly. So far, we’ve slept two nights at our new place without any issues or sightings of bugs (and believe me, we’ve been looking hard). I’ll post an update review in 2 weeks after our follow up appointment with the Bed Bug Doctor. But yeah, I highly recommend them, both because of good, knowledgeable service and because of genuine empathy and patience.

Found out we had a bed bug problem on a Sunday, didn't expect anyone to contact me until the next day but Hugh messaged and then called to talk through where to go from here. I messaged him several times and he always came back to me either with advice or reassurance. It has now been a few weeks and fingers crossed we are now bug free, however Hugh did say any issues to call him straight away, which really is a comfort to know I can call on him if needed again. We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

Terry is a true professional, I discussed an issue with him and when I spotted the culprit squirrel he came straight round discussed the ways forwards and how to also prevent future infestations. His knowledge was exemplary and having dealt with other pest control companies it’s clear Terry is the best in the trade. If you have any need for pest control services then Terry is the only contact you need! Our problem is now resolved at a really reasonable price :)

With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.

Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!
