I can’t recommend Hugh enough, really genuine guy and wants to do the best for you as a customer and not what’s financially best for him, that’s such a rarity these days. Will not hesitate to use Hugh again.

I discovered a huge wasp nest in my garage. Hugh came the next day, and killed the wasps, much to my relief. The service was fast, he did a great, professional job, and he was also a really nice gentleman. I thoroughly recommend him.

Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!

We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Jacob promptly arrived at the agreed time, suited up, and dealt with the problem very quickly. Jacob was personable and professional! Found out we had a bed bug problem on a Sunday, didn't expect anyone to contact me until the next day but Hugh messaged and then called to talk through where to go from here. Last week, my girlfriend and I realized we had bed bugs for the first time whilst in the process of moving to our new home together. We’d already moved half our stuff and realized we’d have to get both places treated. I’m an incredibly anxious person and couldn’t sleep or eat for days after we found out. I called a lot of places but Hugh was most knowledgeable and (for lack of a better word) human. He talked me through the process thoroughly and answered my millions of follow up questions. Hugh and Graham (i think that’s his business partner’s name) were both so lovely and put us at ease while treating our apartments thoroughly. So far, we’ve slept two nights at our new place without any issues or sightings of bugs (and believe me, we’ve been looking hard). I’ll post an update review in 2 weeks after our follow up appointment with the Bed Bug Doctor. But yeah, I highly recommend them, both because of good, knowledgeable service and because of genuine empathy and patience.

Hugh is extremely professional and unbelievably helpful. He has invested heavily in the right equipment to deal with the dreaded bed bugs. It has been one of the most stressful times from unwanted visitors. But from the moment my wife spoke to Hugh, we were reassured and true to his word he has elminated them from our lives. Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.
