Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

I phoned the company at lunch time for a wasp nest. Wayne arrived mid afternoon and was quick, explained everything and had the job done in no time. The price was also reasonable and competitive. Would definitely use again and recommend

Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!

I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice. Exceptional service received. I had a wasps nest in my loft unexpectedly and contacted Bug Busters via check a trade. They contacted me on a Sunday evening within 5 minutes and was out my 12pm the next day. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Terry is a true professional, I discussed an issue with him and when I spotted the culprit squirrel he came straight round discussed the ways forwards and how to also prevent future infestations. His knowledge was exemplary and having dealt with other pest control companies it’s clear Terry is the best in the trade. We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

I wish we had gone to Terry first for help getting rid of rats. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else now. He is incredibly knowledgable and keeps helping and coming back until the problem is fixed. We recently experienced a rat infestation in our home due to the cold weather and were extremely stressed. We contacted Paul, and he was incredibly responsive. He arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the situation clearly, outlined the treatment plan, and answered all our questions patiently. The treatment was effective and we haven't seen any signs of rats since. We highly recommend TPD for his prompt service, professionalism, and effective solutions.

Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. So I was very happy to have Paul treat the house properly and to have things explained to ensure this treatment works! Would highly recommend to anyone, very professional and knowledgeable.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment.
