Love the new location and salon! Always professional, informative and friendly with so many services offered. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending to friends and family. With so many other places offering beauty and aesthetic treatments in Dorchester, it's good to know Emma is experienced and great at what she does!

My first CACI facial (got a block of 10 as a birthday present) and Sharon was brilliant. She talked me through what the process and checked I was OK throughout. And it was great - restful and pampering. I don’t look twenty years younger (yet!) but my skin is glowing and I feel very relaxed. Can’t wait for session two.

Janemarie and all the team have been and continue to be amazing, they have looked after me so well, having broken my shoulder it has been impossible to wash my hair and do my nails, so I have been a regular visitor the past 3 weeks, and they have been so generous and caring. I had another lovely visit to The Highbrow Clinic, always greeted with a lovely warm welcome and whenever I visit it always feels like a treat. I had my nails done with Caitlin and she was fantastic, such an amazing eye for detail, thorough and I walked away with the most perfect nails. She was engaging and chatty and it was such a treat. I've been going to nail bars for a while, but today having had BAIB nails at The Highbrow, I won't be going back to nail bars. I have just had my shaded eyeliner topped up by the lovely Natasha and I love how beautiful the results are. She is so passionate about her work and ensures the entire process is smooth and comfy throughout. Always an absolute pleasure coming into the clinic as the whole team are so friendly and welcoming. What a fabulous & welcoming place to go and be pampered on the day of my daughter's wedding. Went 27/07/24. Jordan restyled my hair and hid all the blemishes with lovely make up. New Image are amazing. They give great advice, they listen to what you would like and if that is not possible they explain why and talk you through alternative options always listening to you along the way. The pride of Dorchester, Akemi Spa is a treat for the mind, body, and soul. Upon entering the spa I was immediately engulfed but the warm vibe. The owner Kelly has an infectious smile that says, “you’re in good hands.” The massages are more than enjoyable, they are a health necessity if rejuvenation, balance, and relaxation are your goals. I highly recommend a day of pampering and self care. Get a mani and pedi! Slump in and prance out, you won’t regret it! Prices are reasonable, service top notch, staff professional, and welcoming. Don’t go to Dorchester without visiting Akemi Spa.

I support a resident to have her nails done here. All the staff are so lovely and treat her very well. She always feels good when she leaves there and shows everyone her nail. Would recommend these lovely people to anyone.

Really good salon. Have been going there for years. The staff, who are lovely, do their best to fit you in.

I maybe classed as being biased as my wife owns the business but please make a booking visit yourself and make up your own minds on how good of an experience you will have. Covid compliant saloon.

Very friendly staff. Really refreshing to have a haircut that is at least as good as more pricey places I've been to, and take literally less than half of the time. They're not messing about!

I love this salon! Suzannah is wonderful, knows exactly what to do even if I don’t know what I want, she listens to my ideas and adds her own so I get the perfect haircut every time. The salon has a really nice vibe, everyone chats to you and you’re made to feel so welcome. Very reasonably priced too! Thank you for a lovely haircut!

Can’t recommend Salon no.12 enough. After a horrific colour experience by a well known Salon Suzannah saved Christmas for me and not only corrected my yellow hair disaster to a beautiful ash natural looking blonde. Having had my hair turned purple then put in a bleach bath my hair anxiety was high! Suzannah worked with confidence and made me feel immediately at ease that she knew exactly what was needed. New movie title the Hairdresser that saved Christmas! 🎅

Absolutely love having my nails done at Panemorfii nail boutique. The salon is pretty, with tasteful décor & healthy beautiful house plants that add to the lovely ambiance. Debbie is always welcoming and friendly… and I enjoy a good chat with her. And of course my nails always look fabulous.

Deb never fails at giving top quality service and beautiful nails every visit. I don’t know where I’d be without my regular appointment with her. We always have the best chats and she’s most certainly cheaper than a therapist!!

I had my 2nd Pedicure with Caitlin so pleased with it she remove my last Shellac varnish then cut and filed my nails before applying a new varnish. Caitlin is lovely friendly and professional highly recommended.
