What a fabulous & welcoming place to go and be pampered on the day of my daughter's wedding. Went 27/07/24. Jordan restyled my hair and hid all the blemishes with lovely make up. I went to New Image for my hair to be put up for my son’s wedding which was held locally. It was such a fabulous experience at the salon. I had never been before and that made it difficult . Fern did it absolutely beautifully and the style was admired by many at the wedding. She talked through my style and made sure I was happy with it. She is such a creative and talented young girl. This is a friendly, happy and customer focused business. I might have to come over to Wareham for another appointment ! 🙏

Bex is amazing at what she does! Hair, make up and even helping out with other little details. I loved my hair and make up in my trial but loved it even more on the day. I cried when she showed me my hair because it was just so beautiful! Bex helped the morning run smoothly and stayed right to the very end to do finishing touches. I cannot thank her enough for getting myself and my bridal party ready x

I cannot recommend Bex enough, bridal hair and makeup can be expensive and something you might think you can do without but honestly if you can then it is well worth it. I couldn't recommend Bex enough! We booked Bex in August for myself (bride) and bridesmaid, mother, and mother-in-law. We all loved our hair and make-up on the day, she is truly talented at what she does and made us all feel so beautiful! My bridal party looked stunning! Bex fit in so effortlessly the morning of our wedding and made us feel so excited, she has been so friendly and professional from start to finish. From the trial, Bex instantly brought my vision of my bridal style to life and was everything I expected, I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Bex!

It was an absolute pleasure having Bex do mine and my bridesmaids hair and makeup for my wedding. She is a true professional! so friendly and efficient but also incredibly talented. She easily adapted to each of our chosen hairstyles and makeup looks and executed them all beautifully. We were all delighted with the end results and better yet!... they lasted all day/night. The makeup was so tasteful and classic and it stayed in place all day and didn't crack or crease. I opted for a half up, half down hairstyle with a Hollywood wave, which for someone with very heavy and thick hair, I was nervous about but it honestly was perfect and stayed in place so well all day. I couldn't recommend Bex enough! she's just FAB!!! xoxox

I went to see Jayda Rose for a double session of radiofrequency skin tightening. Her room was warm and cosy, located above Elysian hairdressers on the Dorchester Rd. After 4 years on high dose steroids (40 to 60mgs a day) and despite losing weight, I was left with a considerable amount of excess fatty, loose skin all around my neck, and some on my face. I wasn't expecting much difference. However, the results were amazing and instant. I actually have a chin and a large amount of the excess tissue around my neck and some lines on my face have disappeared after my first session! The procedure was painless and felt like a warm facial. There were no side effects, such as red skin or blotches. Jadya was professional and friendly and has undertaken an extensive amount of training and courses. I would highly recommend jayda👌 ❤️ Update 18th Dec 2024: I have now had a cours of 10 sessions costing £279. The results are astonishing. I didn't even think this was possible. For any doubters I only adopted my rescue Yorkie, Lily in August. So I have not spent a lot of time to achieve the results below. I feel like I'm back to my old self. No needles as I'm on warfarin. Jayda is an amazing beauty therapist with very good eye for detail! I’ve always been a bit funny with who does my eyebrows but I trust Jayda 100%, she does a beautiful job on them 🤩 She’s the kindest person I’ve ever met and she makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the room. Popped in for a long overdue restyle on holiday, and very happy with the results. The salon is a lovely space and everyone was very friendly. Carrie cut my hair did a great job, she is very friendly and has great communication skills, so you get the cut you want. If you're in the area and need a cut I highly recommend seeing if there is an appointment available.

Rebecca who did my full body massage is fantastic, the best I've ever had so much so I am going every four weeks, highly recommend 😄

Today was my first visit to Beautifully Gorgeous and it certainly won’t be my last. Claire was so lovely and welcoming and did an absolutely cracking job on my nails. Since my usual salon closed down I’ve had a couple of poor experiences and feel so happy to have found this salon and such a lovely beauty therapist in Claire. Can’t wait to go back!

I recently took my 3 year old daughter here for her first trim of her slow growing curly locks. I also had my 6 year son in tow. It was just before Christmas so the salon was very busy. We arrived just in the nick of time and were made very welcome. Although it was crowded, space was quickly made for us to get seated and Kate was attended to with professionalism and care. My son can be a little energetic at times and did wander down the salon a couple of times to be rapidly called back by me. At no time did I feel that there was any negative feedback from that by the staff. In fact the children were offered a sweet as a treat and the staff enaged with them when they could particularly Natalie the owner. Kate left feeling very happy. While I was sat there, I was able to observe the quality of the work that the team were creating for the clients of all ages. I would highly recommend and look forward to taking Kate along in future.

Had a lovely hair cut today with Nadine. I didn't know what to do with my hair, but thanks to Nadine's knowledge I walked out with my hair looking much more healthy and with more volume! I also had a lovely head, neck and shoulder massage which was a really nice touch. Already booked back in for January! After being let down by my local hairdressers, I needed to find somewhere to get my hair cut. I found a last-minute appointment with Lois at Shaftesbury. All staff that I seamed friendly, Providing a lovely atmosphere. I gave Lois very little input as to what I wanted. The haircut is amazing; I will be booking again when I need my next haircut. Definitely recommended

Not being from the area, I googled to find a good hairdresser and beautician and I was so lucky to have come upon The Little Sanctuary in Gillingham. Lee cut and colured my blonde hair to perfection, natural looking and perfectly blended with existing colour. The manicure and pedicure were top class, hygenic, very professional and my nails look wonderful. Almost makes me wish I lived here! Thank you.....if I am ever in the area again I will definitely be rebooking

I booked The little Sanctuary for my bridal hair and make up and I’m so glad I did! The whole experience from the trial to the wedding morning was so lovely! Through all the chaos of flower kids, bridesmaids and parents running around Gill and her team gave us stunning hairstyles and make up. We were all so happy with how our looks turned out. Even after a night of dancing our hair was on point and our make up looked great! Thank you to Gill, Kitty and the rest of the team!

I had the most amazing experience at my hair appointment today! I went in for the Fusio Dose Kerastase Treatment followed by a haircut, and it was exactly what my damaged hair needed. The appointment started with a heavenly head and neck massage that instantly helped me relax—it was such a wonderful touch. The treatment itself was phenomenal; my hair already feels so much healthier and nourished. And then came the haircut—Amelia, she did an incredible job! She truly understood what I wanted and worked her magic to bring my vision to life. I can’t thank her enough for her attention to detail and care. I had the lovely hairdresser Mea do a full head of highlights on my hair. Such a comfortable environment and all the stuff made sure that you got something to drink and was looked after. The hair turned out beautifully. Would highly recommend.

Nikki (excuse possible spelling error) is the ONLY hairdressers that has given me what I have asked for since I was 20 (I'm 35 now!). She is a master of hair in all ways. Full of knowledge, which she is able to transfer to explain her thoughts, and it helps guide you in a direction - especially when you have no clue about hair like myself. Niķki was left in a bit of a situation before Christmas and she was juggling so much, but she managed to still fit me in for a 9am - 2pm appointment to completey transform my hair from a mirage of box dye to a gorgeous lighter balayage to look more natural. Also, for my thick hair sisters and brothers: Nikki curled my hair and made them stay!!!! That has NEVER happened before!!! Thank you Nikki, you're a star 🌟

Excellent salon, welcoming friendly atmosphere with lovely girls who know what they are doing to make you feel relaxed and comfortable whilst being pampered which is what we all need. I had another lovely visit to The Highbrow Clinic, always greeted with a lovely warm welcome and whenever I visit it always feels like a treat. I had my nails done with Caitlin and she was fantastic, such an amazing eye for detail, thorough and I walked away with the most perfect nails. She was engaging and chatty and it was such a treat. I've been going to nail bars for a while, but today having had BAIB nails at The Highbrow, I won't be going back to nail bars. The whole experience was just a treat, start to finish and with a great end result. Thanks Highbrow x
