The Best Beauty Salons And Hairdressers in Southwell, Dorset, United Kingdom (2025)

Easy to find, plenty of street parking nearby. I visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago to get a set of gel nails, and the place was clean, well lit, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. I will be visiting again and recommending to friends. Absolutely delightful business.

I've just moved into the area and researched a hairdresser. I ended up at Salon 88 and I'm glad I did. It's run by a mother and daughter team and they are friendly and fun. I had my hair cut by Sharon the mum and the daughter runs the beauty half. I liked the way she cut my hair and will be going back.

This hairdressers are the best in Portland well the whole of dorset to be honest. I first went to the salon before they moved and well I had the full works done and I was totally lost for words. Sharon that did my hair is absolutely amazing. Lovely and very professional when it comes to her specialty in her work. Recently went to the new salon to have my colour done again and once again Sharon did an absolutely amazing job. I would highly recommend this salon and I wouldn't ever go to any other salon.
