Last time I had a massage, wasn’t the best (many years ago in a spa). so I had a low opinion on them. After hearing good reviews about the massages, I bit the bullet & booked in last night for today. Just left the salon after having the promotion offer on a full body/deep tissue massage with the complimentary Indian head massage. After today, I will be back in for regular treatments. Jess, the lovely lady who provided me with the most OUTSTANDING service. Jess made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident within the treatment. The room had this beautiful music playing, very calming atmosphere. Asked about the areas that affect me most, asked me questions through out if I was okay, and the pressure was comfortable. Very, very warm welcoming. Top notch work and I’ll see you soon! 100% recommend Jess for a treatment, £45 is a great price for what I’ve had done today. I feel amazing, and the products used are beautiful.

I was a first timer at The Hair & Beauty Lounge, Wallisdown Road. This lovely airy salon back in June having received a birthday voucher from my friend . I chose to have my nails done for my Grandson's wedding as never spoil myself in this girly way usually, so was a real treat. Well what a fabulous job Lacey did too. And to prove how pleased I was I’ve been back for infills every 4 weeks ever since. Being one of the older generation a couple of my nails started to crack vertically and get lines in as they do in advancing years. So this was a perfect solution and my nails now look so beautiful all the time. Having lovely looking nails is better than I thought it would be. Thank you Lacey and thank you to the Hair and Beauty Lounge. Highly recommend.

Not being from the area, I googled to find a good hairdresser and beautician and I was so lucky to have come upon The Little Sanctuary in Gillingham. Lee cut and colured my blonde hair to perfection, natural looking and perfectly blended with existing colour. The manicure and pedicure were top class, hygenic, very professional and my nails look wonderful. Almost makes me wish I lived here! Thank you.....if I am ever in the area again I will definitely be rebooking

I booked The little Sanctuary for my bridal hair and make up and I’m so glad I did! The whole experience from the trial to the wedding morning was so lovely! Through all the chaos of flower kids, bridesmaids and parents running around Gill and her team gave us stunning hairstyles and make up. We were all so happy with how our looks turned out. Even after a night of dancing our hair was on point and our make up looked great! Thank you to Gill, Kitty and the rest of the team!

Had a lovely hair cut today with Nadine. I didn't know what to do with my hair, but thanks to Nadine's knowledge I walked out with my hair looking much more healthy and with more volume! I also had a lovely head, neck and shoulder massage which was a really nice touch. Already booked back in for January! I visited for the first time after months of needing a cut. The staff were warm and welcoming , which was a fabulous first impression. My assigned styling was very honest, letting me know that she would prefer to pass me to a more senior stylist, due to my hairstyle. I appreciated this honesty. My cut wasn't cheap but it was really well done and I like the finished style. The head massage was wonderful and so relaxing ! I think I probably overshared my life (! Lol)but my stylist, who I believe is the proprietor, was very lovely and didn't once show any kind of impatience with me..she was great!

I recently took my 3 year old daughter here for her first trim of her slow growing curly locks. I also had my 6 year son in tow. It was just before Christmas so the salon was very busy. We arrived just in the nick of time and were made very welcome. Although it was crowded, space was quickly made for us to get seated and Kate was attended to with professionalism and care. My son can be a little energetic at times and did wander down the salon a couple of times to be rapidly called back by me. At no time did I feel that there was any negative feedback from that by the staff. In fact the children were offered a sweet as a treat and the staff enaged with them when they could particularly Natalie the owner. Kate left feeling very happy. While I was sat there, I was able to observe the quality of the work that the team were creating for the clients of all ages. I would highly recommend and look forward to taking Kate along in future.

Lovely salon with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere 😊 Happily accommodated my Mum bringing my breastfed baby when needed 👶🏼, which meant my experience was stress free and I felt relaxed (as opposed to worrying about getting back to my baby) ☺️ So pleased with my hair colour and cut! Sean is great at what he does! 💇🏼‍♀️ Highly recommend! ✨

They give great advice, they listen to what you would like and if that is not possible they explain why and talk you through alternative options always listening to you along the way. Nikki (excuse possible spelling error) is the ONLY hairdressers that has given me what I have asked for since I was 20 (I'm 35 now!). She is a master of hair in all ways. Full of knowledge, which she is able to transfer to explain her thoughts, and it helps guide you in a direction - especially when you have no clue about hair like myself. Niķki was left in a bit of a situation before Christmas and she was juggling so much, but she managed to still fit me in for a 9am - 2pm appointment to completey transform my hair from a mirage of box dye to a gorgeous lighter balayage to look more natural. Also, for my thick hair sisters and brothers: Nikki curled my hair and made them stay!!!! That has NEVER happened before!!! Thank you Nikki, you're a star 🌟

Nickis barbering is 10/10 always have felt looked after as a client and leave feeling good with very fresh cut. Nicki is knowledgeable and highly qualified in her field unlike many barbers/hairdressers. If you want a barber who takes pride in her work and service offered I’d highly recommend Nicki.

I have just had my shaded eyeliner topped up by the lovely Natasha and I love how beautiful the results are. She is so passionate about her work and ensures the entire process is smooth and comfy throughout. Always an absolute pleasure coming into the clinic as the whole team are so friendly and welcoming. What a fabulous salon!!! I moved to Dorset from West London last year, and was concerned about the quality of hairdressing in a country village, being used to going to Trevor Sorbie. I needn't have worried when I chose the Salon on the square.... A beautiful environment, highly professional stylists and colorists... I had balayage and a really sassy bob cut.... I look fantastic!!! I had my first cut and colour with Claire.. She's brilliant (and sweet and funny), then, as she wasn't available for colour next time, I was looked after by Poppy, who was equally accomplished, and so, so lovely! Back again today for an even sassier and shorter bob with Claire again, and, after cutting my hair beautifully, I asked for shorter she obliged with a smile - even though she missed her lunch, due to me being THAT customer... You know, the one that's a bit of a pain in the A**. Bless her. Go.. Have a great experience!

My first CACI facial (got a block of 10 as a birthday present) and Sharon was brilliant. She talked me through what the process and checked I was OK throughout. And it was great - restful and pampering. I don’t look twenty years younger (yet!) but my skin is glowing and I feel very relaxed. Can’t wait for session two.

Janemarie and all the team have been and continue to be amazing, they have looked after me so well, having broken my shoulder it has been impossible to wash my hair and do my nails, so I have been a regular visitor the past 3 weeks, and they have been so generous and caring.
