My first time here and really lovely salon, and friendly therapists. My treatments were perfect, and for the first time I can remember visiting a salon and describing how I like pressure in a massage, it was actually perfect! I will definitely return and highly recommend!

First time customer for us today for my daughter's manicure. She was over the moon with the results and hasn't stopped smiling. Excellent range of colours to choose from, helpful and professional staff, was greeted very nicely and felt at ease. Perfect application for her nails and super advice on after care. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Fantastic Christmas nails, finished today by the lovely Bronwyn after being mostly done by the beautiful Molly 1. Amazing job as ever ladies, customer service is always fabulous and caring. Can't recommend this place enough. I recently got married and was lucky enough to have Jana do my hair on the morning of the wedding. Her skill is incredible and she created exactly what i'd pictured in my head. She's so friendly and did an incredible job on my maid of honours hair as well! 100% would recommend!!

I've been going to Katie Burrows-Kerr for years now and she always does an amazing job. I love the way I feel when I leave the salon, even if it's just from a simple trim. I had my first salon colour last time (previously always home dyed) and I was so happy with the end result, my hair was so vibrant and shiny as well as being super soft! The atmosphere in the salon is always really friendly. I find going into some salons quite intimidating but everyone at MeraKi is so welcoming.

I just wanted to thank Daisy for the fabulous hair cut. As a curly haired woman, it’s been a constant struggle to find someone who understands curly hair. Daisy was very engaging and knowledgable, and passed on lots of tips and suggestions. I’m delighted with the results, which is a pretty unique experience for me! Thank you!

I had the most amazing experience at my hair appointment today! I went in for the Fusio Dose Kerastase Treatment followed by a haircut, and it was exactly what my damaged hair needed. The appointment started with a heavenly head and neck massage that instantly helped me relax—it was such a wonderful touch. The treatment itself was phenomenal; my hair already feels so much healthier and nourished. And then came the haircut—Amelia, she did an incredible job! She truly understood what I wanted and worked her magic to bring my vision to life. I can’t thank her enough for her attention to detail and care. I was so impressed with the results that I booked another treatment with Amelia before leaving the salon. I’m already looking forward to it because this was by far the best treatment I’ve had. I had the lovely hairdresser Mea do a full head of highlights on my hair. Such a comfortable environment and all the stuff made sure that you got something to drink and was looked after. The hair turned out beautifully. Would highly recommend.

Michelle did an incredible job at making us feel welcome and relaxed in the spa, which was a great facility. The jacuzzi was out of order when we visited, and Michelle dealt with this very promptly and professionally, issuing us with a voucher to visit again once it was repaired which we will certainly make use of. The cream tea in the hotel was also very good, with excellent warm freshly baked scones.

Myself and 2 Friends have just got back from a fabulous day here. Pampered with a fantastic facial, back massage and head massage. We also spent time in the jacuzzi pool and the sauna and steam room. A lovely sit down in the relaxation room on the massage chairs, a fab cream tea and we are now back at home feeling very chilled. Thank you very much ladies for looking after us. We have all said that we will return soon

Took a book to fill time gaps! However there were no time gaps to fill which was amazing so therefore this meant that I could enjoy my book after treatment with a delightful cream tea. Michelle is amazing here very warm and welcoming will definitely be coming back and recommending her to family and friend!

I went recently with four of my friends and we booked the Unwind in Autumn Bliss package. I really enjoyed the back scrub followed by a back massage and facial. It was my first ever back massage and Emma was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed all of the treatments and completely relaxed. The scones for the cream tea were fresh, warm and yummy. Such a lovely afternoon for us all, we felt utterly amazing afterwards, just what we needed. Unfortunately at the end of our session there was a problem with the hot water, Michelle the owner was very prompt to sort it out. We would definitely return for more. Only recommendation would be to cut down a little on the chorine in the jacuzzi as it really stung two of my friends eyes.

I had a haircut with Lydia. It honestly is the best cut I've ever had. I have naturally curly hair and normally I have my curls left flat and dead after haircuts. Not this time! Thank you Lydia I don't even have to use any product and my hair came back to life. Highly recommend!

Everyone always compliments on how fantastic and natural my extensions look. Morgan is brilliant, here facials are so relaxing and make my skin feel incredible. I cannot recommend the amazing staff at Mane Road enough. I have been coming here for all of my hair and beauty needs for over 10 years and look forward to returning everytime. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone goes over and above to make sure you have a great experience. The quality products and services are reasonably priced and regardless of the pandemic, hygiene has always been a priority. Jess did such a lovely job in my colour. I have long hair and don't ever let someone I don't know colour my hair. I was a bit apprehensive but Jess really knew what she was doing and Kate the owner gave really great advice at point of making a decision around colour. The hair treatment is awesome! I support a resident to have her nails done here. All the staff are so lovely and treat her very well. She always feels good when she leaves there and shows everyone her nail. Would recommend these lovely people to anyone.

Kelly & Hope recently did the makeup for my Wedding and we were all over the moon with the service we received! I had a makeup trial before the Wedding which was really enjoyable and helped to give us an idea of what we wanted to do on the day. Kelly & Hope were amazing on the day and made us all look incredible! We received so many compliments and they provided (as always) a professional and friendly service. It was lovely having them at the venue with us as we were getting ready and everyone’s makeup looked amazing all day long! The owner Kelly has an infectious smile that says, “you’re in good hands.” The massages are more than enjoyable, they are a health necessity if rejuvenation, balance, and relaxation are your goals. I highly recommend a day of pampering and self care. Get a mani and pedi! Slump in and prance out, you won’t regret it! Prices are reasonable, service top notch, staff professional, and welcoming. Don’t go to Dorchester without visiting Akemi Spa.

I highly recommend Beau’s Beauty as I have been twice to have my nails done and a pedicure. Lena and her mum are lovely and make you feel so welcome. Ive never had a pedicure before and it was amazing so relaxing and will definitely have more done there. It’s a warm welcoming and relaxing place to get all your beauty treatments done.

Booked in a nail appointment, prior to my holiday, two weeks on going strong! I also booked in very last minute for eyelash curl and tint. Wow!! Stayed late to fit me in (as I’d been let down and had limited availability. The care, kindness and attention to detail is outstanding.
