Had a terrible experience of DIY at home colour during lock down ending up with very yellow/orange brassy roots. Melissa not only done the best job on my hair and corrected and cooled down the roots and overall colour but the week before my colour appt, when I went in for a consultation, she corrected a hair cut that I had just had done and I was very upset about. No questions asked she said "sit down i'll sort it". I showed her a picture and 10 mins later I had what I wanted. She had 10 minutes spare and helped me out when I'm sure she could have done with a break. Wish I'd found her sooner, she really knows her stuff. Won't go anywhere else and highly recommend.

Melissa is the best by far of all the hairdressers I have had. I do a 40 mile round trip to get to her that's how good she is. Cut perfect, colour great. Wouldn't go anywhere esle.

Tilly and Millie were excellent. The waxing didnt leave me red and it calmed down really quick. Nails are gorgeous too had lots of compliments already 😍 thank u so much girls!

I had my hair straightened. The staff were all very friendly. Milly did my hair and talked me through the whole procedures. My hair has never looked so shiny and straight I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants a professional job done! Die

Lovely salon with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere 😊 Happily accommodated my Mum bringing my breastfed baby when needed 👶🏼, which meant my experience was stress free and I felt relaxed (as opposed to worrying about getting back to my baby) ☺️ So pleased with my hair colour and cut! Today was my first visit to Beautifully Gorgeous and it certainly won’t be my last. Claire was so lovely and welcoming and did an absolutely cracking job on my nails. Since my usual salon closed down I’ve had a couple of poor experiences and feel so happy to have found this salon and such a lovely beauty therapist in Claire. Can’t wait to go back!

I recently took my 3 year old daughter here for her first trim of her slow growing curly locks. I also had my 6 year son in tow. It was just before Christmas so the salon was very busy. We arrived just in the nick of time and were made very welcome. Although it was crowded, space was quickly made for us to get seated and Kate was attended to with professionalism and care. My son can be a little energetic at times and did wander down the salon a couple of times to be rapidly called back by me. At no time did I feel that there was any negative feedback from that by the staff. In fact the children were offered a sweet as a treat and the staff enaged with them when they could particularly Natalie the owner. Kate left feeling very happy. While I was sat there, I was able to observe the quality of the work that the team were creating for the clients of all ages. I would highly recommend and look forward to taking Kate along in future.

Had a lovely hair cut today with Nadine. I didn't know what to do with my hair, but thanks to Nadine's knowledge I walked out with my hair looking much more healthy and with more volume! I also had a lovely head, neck and shoulder massage which was a really nice touch. Already booked back in for January! Took my 1.5 year old toddler for his first hair cut and they were brilliant with him -they had lots of toys for him to play with and the lady cut his hair without him even noticing while he played on the floor! It was a really nice cut, done super fast and very good value!

A great salon! Well decorated with friendly and welcoming staff as soon as you walk in. My hairdresser was so meticulous in going through exactly what I wanted and I felt she had all the time in the world to go through this with me. Will definitely be visiting again.

Straightforward, fair pricing, never have to wait long. Update 12/4/2022 I had to write to share the lovely experiences I have had over the last two visits, for a cut and then a colour on my hair. Am so thrilled with my hair! Had a cut last week with Charlie and highlights today with her too, she just understood exactly what I was aiming for, when you have curly hair, that doesn't always happen!! Alicia has also cut my hair before and was great. A really lovely friendly salon too, I often feel quite intimidated by hair salons but felt right at home here.
