I live going to Heather Hair Salon in Dorchester. After a several very bad experiences at other hair salons I have found that Heather and her team are caring, friendly and supportive. They have restored my faith in hairdressers and I now look forward to having my hair done. I can't recommend them enough. So glad I found a hairdresser I can trust.

Amber has literally transformed my hair into something amazing. Amber is friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. I wasn’t sure how short I wanted my hair at first but I am so happy with my cut. Definitely would recommend this hair salon to anyone! :)

I messaged to have my hair done, with in 24 hours I was in the salon for a consultation, that evening all was in place and a few days later my hair was transformed I wanted it done ASAP and it was and saying that! I went to New Image for my hair to be put up for my son’s wedding which was held locally. It was such a fabulous experience at the salon. I had never been before and that made it difficult . Fern did it absolutely beautifully and the style was admired by many at the wedding. She talked through my style and made sure I was happy with it. She is such a creative and talented young girl. This is a friendly, happy and customer focused business. I might have to come over to Wareham for another appointment ! 🙏

What a fabulous & welcoming place to go and be pampered on the day of my daughter's wedding. Went 27/07/24. Jordan restyled my hair and hid all the blemishes with lovely make up. New Image are amazing. They give great advice, they listen to what you would like and if that is not possible they explain why and talk you through alternative options always listening to you along the way. Fabulous eco and thoughtful salon. It was a real treat to have my hair done by Emily and it's honestly the best cut and blow dry I've had in years. I can't thank you enough and it was such a pleasure to meet the team! I then had a deep tissue massage from Faye which was sublime as were the natural products she used. An all round brilliant experience. Thanks so much.

Emily cut my hair and I felt relaxed and comfortable the moment I stepped in. She listened to what I wanted and cut my hair the way I wanted. It’s a cosy and tranquil space. I’ve booked in for another appointment and look forward to using the beauty treatments one day. I recommend checking how to get to the parking area before arriving as this was a bit tricky.

Me and my mum had a fantastic facial. The treatment was brilliant and Faye was really friendly and professional. The facilities were lovely and we both left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. Also it was excellent value for money compared to other places, thoroughly recommend.

I booked Stacey for my 2024 wedding on the recommendation of a few people and I am very glad I did! I thought it only right to pay a visit for a conditioning treatment and blow dry this week which was perfect! Stacey was so lovely throughout, chatty and genuinely interested. She listened to how I wanted my hair styled and did an amazing job! The salon is a lovely cosy space. I can’t wait to go back and for Stacey to do my hair on my wedding day!

Stacey is amazing and the service I have received was exceptional. The highlights colour she recommended looks beautiful and I am loving my hair! She also cut both my girls hair and her patience and attention to detail really stood out!

Stacey did my wedding hair for me and my three bridesmaids on Saturday. As soon as I spoke with Stacey on the phone for my initial consultation I was immediately put at ease and this was the same at my hair trial and the morning of my wedding. Stacey is brilliant to be around and is fantastically talented at bridal hair. I couldn’t have been happier and my hair stayed in place for the whole day and evening, including lots of dancing! My bridesmaids were equally pleased and commented that both Stacey and my make up artist Romi had made the morning getting ready really enjoyable. Stacey also excelled on organisation, linking in with my makeup artist and sending a plan. She arrived on time and was either ahead or on schedule throughout the morning. Would highly recommend to anyone! ⭐️

Her salon is just such a treat to come too, it’s personal, it’s relaxing and most of all you feel like you’re with your best friend because she’s so listening and kind. I absolutely love how emma does my nails and hair! Started off as a one off treat for gelish nails... then a few yeas later emma is the only person I go to for nails & hair! Great service and very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
