I was so happy and impressed with Millie's beautiful work doing my very unusual request for a 60's style beehive French roll updo with my very long hair. With the added challenge for it to stay in tact overnight for Goodwood Revival the following day, it was a big ask. But Millie achieved it perfectly! She has real talent, gifted hands, a great can do positive attitude and a lovely caring approach. Thank you Millie, you made my day wonderful.

I had my 2nd Pedicure with Caitlin so pleased with it she remove my last Shellac varnish then cut and filed my nails before applying a new varnish. Caitlin is lovely friendly and professional highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. Really refreshing to have a haircut that is at least as good as more pricey places I've been to, and take literally less than half of the time. They're not messing about!

I recently took my 3 year old daughter here for her first trim of her slow growing curly locks. I also had my 6 year son in tow. It was just before Christmas so the salon was very busy. We arrived just in the nick of time and were made very welcome. Although it was crowded, space was quickly made for us to get seated and Kate was attended to with professionalism and care. My son can be a little energetic at times and did wander down the salon a couple of times to be rapidly called back by me. At no time did I feel that there was any negative feedback from that by the staff. In fact the children were offered a sweet as a treat and the staff enaged with them when they could particularly Natalie the owner. Kate left feeling very happy. While I was sat there, I was able to observe the quality of the work that the team were creating for the clients of all ages. I would highly recommend and look forward to taking Kate along in future.

It was my second appointment with Nadine today and my hair is just perfect - great colour and cut, exactly what I wanted. Nadine is very attentive and always listens to the customer's needs. And such a talented hairdresser, thank you! :)

Had a lovely hair cut today with Nadine. I didn't know what to do with my hair, but thanks to Nadine's knowledge I walked out with my hair looking much more healthy and with more volume! I visited for the first time after months of needing a cut. The staff were warm and welcoming , which was a fabulous first impression. My assigned styling was very honest, letting me know that she would prefer to pass me to a more senior stylist, due to my hairstyle. I appreciated this honesty. My cut wasn't cheap but it was really well done and I like the finished style. The head massage was wonderful and so relaxing ! I think I probably overshared my life (! Lol)but my stylist, who I believe is the proprietor, was very lovely and didn't once show any kind of impatience with me..she was great!

I messaged to have my hair done, with in 24 hours I was in the salon for a consultation, that evening all was in place and a few days later my hair was transformed I wanted it done ASAP and it was and saying that! A TOP job was done and couldn't fault the service and just how amazing the salon was . Thank-you for making me feel great!

The most perfect autumn nails! A perfect chocolate brown with a chrome on top. The builder gel is helping my nails to heal whilst they heal from previous acrylics. Can’t wait to go back in a couple weeks to have them I filled and the colour changed

Best nails I’ve ever had done. I’m so pleased with them. The build a gel on the shorter nails with no tips is amazing! Apart from the re growth, 3 weeks later they still look as good, no loss of nails or lifting. I highly recommend Beauty In The Woods By Kari x

I booked Stacey for my 2024 wedding on the recommendation of a few people and I am very glad I did! I thought it only right to pay a visit for a conditioning treatment and blow dry this week which was perfect! Stacey was so lovely throughout, chatty and genuinely interested. She listened to how I wanted my hair styled and did an amazing job! The salon is a lovely cosy space. I can’t wait to go back and for Stacey to do my hair on my wedding day!

Stacey did my wedding hair for me and my three bridesmaids on Saturday. As soon as I spoke with Stacey on the phone for my initial consultation I was immediately put at ease and this was the same at my hair trial and the morning of my wedding. Stacey is brilliant to be around and is fantastically talented at bridal hair. I couldn’t have been happier and my hair stayed in place for the whole day and evening, including lots of dancing! My bridesmaids were equally pleased and commented that both Stacey and my make up artist Romi had made the morning getting ready really enjoyable. Stacey also excelled on organisation, linking in with my makeup artist and sending a plan. She arrived on time and was either ahead or on schedule throughout the morning. Would highly recommend to anyone! ⭐️

Stacey has done my hair many times now and every time I come away feeling truly wonderful. Her salon is just such a treat to come too, it’s personal, it’s relaxing and most of all you feel like you’re with your best friend because she’s so listening and kind. She coloured my hair at my last appointment and I can’t tell you how fresh and wonderful it made me feel, truly. And the amount of compliments I’ve had from so many people just show how clever she is and talented!

Kelly & Hope recently did the makeup for my Wedding and we were all over the moon with the service we received! I had a makeup trial before the Wedding which was really enjoyable and helped to give us an idea of what we wanted to do on the day. Kelly & Hope were amazing on the day and made us all look incredible! We received so many compliments and they provided (as always) a professional and friendly service. It was lovely having them at the venue with us as we were getting ready and everyone’s makeup looked amazing all day long! I had a haircut with Lydia. It honestly is the best cut I've ever had. I have naturally curly hair and normally I have my curls left flat and dead after haircuts. Not this time! Thank you Lydia I don't even have to use any product and my hair came back to life. Highly recommend!

Everyone always compliments on how fantastic and natural my extensions look. Morgan is brilliant, here facials are so relaxing and make my skin feel incredible. I cannot recommend the amazing staff at Mane Road enough. I have been coming here for all of my hair and beauty needs for over 10 years and look forward to returning everytime. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone goes over and above to make sure you have a great experience. The quality products and services are reasonably priced and regardless of the pandemic, hygiene has always been a priority.
