Absolutely the best Audi VW specialist garage in the southwest of UK. I run a VW Transporter and they have carried out all types of work for me to a very high standard, on time and as cost effectively as possible. I have recieved better service at M-Tech than at a VW main service centre.

M-tec have looked after our Audi and two VW’s for several years and their personal service is second to none. Their knowledge and experience should give all nervous customers confidence and they will always find the most cost effective solution. They are the reason we keep buying German cars so that they can look after them for us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

car trouble whilst on holiday, camping site recommended these guys. They were very helpful and accommodating, just told me to bring it in. Currently away on holiday . Had abs and awd lights coming up on dash. Tried 4 different garages local in the areas to be turned away . Walked straight to reception and within 5 minutes a lovely chap came out and plugged the car in gave us some information we was after . No charge friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to anyone with troubles on holiday or local to the area. 5☆

Really helpful! We were driving by on our way to the isle of wight. We're not from the area and our car was making a grinding noise. We stopped and asked if they could take a look and they did with no issues. Luckily car was fine, but we are very greatful for it being checked. Thank you!

Took my car for an MOT and hilariously had my brake drums lock up on me 50 meters away from the garage, causing the car to break down right outside. I explained this to them and they were able to fix the issue, get it MOT'd all within 3 days. These guys saved my bacon on such short time and cannot thank em enough!

I had an emergency in my S class last 15th June, 2020 and needed somebody to assist me top up the coolant, the gentleman named Mr. Curtis assisted me without any hesitation and for free, I actually don't know where is the coolant located. It only shows that this company works over the boundaries of duties, a humanitarian work over money is always appreciated and thus show a great level of customer service, fine young man with finesse class of service with or without monetary compensation.

I was on holiday in the Bourton area, and ABS warning came on! Despite having a garage full of work, Gavin pulled out all the stops and got me back on the road. Can highly recommend. Thank you.

The guys are always very helpful and professional. I had a faulty part fitted and they didn't even charge anything even labour to re-do it. Shame you don't do a courtesy car to drive home, but I'd recommend the place.

Explained the problem after assessing, sent an estimate which I accepted. My car was collected for the work to be done, on returning it was explained that the job had taken longer that expected a full explaination given. I was happy with the final invoice. A very helpful team only to willing to help.

This was the first time we used Fairview having been recommended by a friend. From the time of booking to the car being return it was so easy. The car was collected from home and dropped baxk which was extremely convenient to us The staff were friendly and experienced. We would highly recommend using this garage.

So helpful and friendly! Myself and my three year old son broke down away from home next to the garage and they didn’t hesitate to help in anyway they could. We were so grateful for their kindness to us and keeping us company until the recovery team arrived (hours later!) They went above and beyond and actually managed to make a very stressful experience an exciting adventure for my son-amazing people!

In all honesty, 5 stars isn’t enough. R&D have left me pretty speechless and thoroughly humbled today. I’ve always found them to be very efficient, and their quality of work and communication is and always has been exceptional. Even after I was grumpy af this morning following an unexpected mechanical failure on my car, they’ve pulled out all the stops to help me out. I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of them. I’ve had previous garages break things on my car and not tell me, say they’ve done the work and they haven’t, and many many more grievances. I am incredibly grateful to R&D for not only proving that there is integrity in motor mechanics but also showing a seriously grumpy customer that they really do care. 🙏

I use R&D Motors because they care. I had an engine shield fall off a Mitshibushi ASX which belonged to my 85 year old mother. Nothing critical just annoying. Not sure what it was I booked into see them. They know I know nothing about cars and went out of their way to help as usual. If you know nothing about cars and need the help of people you can trust visit the team at R&D Motors you will be happy with their customer care and service.

R&D motors go above and beyond for their customers and I really can't thank them enough..My top mount snapped last night (Sunday)dropped it off to them Monday morning to have a look and they kindly fitted it in between their very busy schedule and fixed it for me..( even when they said they couldn't guarantee when it would get fixed because they are fully booked up) .less than 6hrs and it was ready to collect....i really can't thank them enough for doing that for me.. would recommend to anyone , friendly staff and very reasonable price ,

Just got my car back from TWC after a MOT & SERVICE. It's running smoother than a freshly buttered biscuit! Kudos to the team for their awesome work. Cheers

24 hours ago, (1pm Thursday) whilst stopped at a red light in Tesco's, Cinderford, our alternator decided to die! We rang TWC and asked if they could possibly slot is in at short notice. Initially it didn't look good as they were full. We were in a dire situation as we're down here on holiday and heading back to Scotland on the Saturday! However, somehow they managed to shuffle things about to help us out, and told us to bring it in. It took our recovery service ages to get us lifted and back to 'home base'. Thankfully they were still open and we managed to drop it off for them to have a look at today. Long story cut short, they found us the correct part and less than 24hours after we dropped the car off, we were collecting it again fully fixed. That's the short version. The long version involved several calls to the garage on the day to update them, as well as them moving things around to help us out.... essentially, I gave them a right old run around!! The team were incredibly helpful, and nothing seemed to phase them at all. Can't thank you all enough for the excellent job that you did, and at a price I would say was very reasonable!! Thank you guys for going that extra mile, you put us right at ease and were great to deal with. If it's a well run garage, who are experts in their field and will do the job as described, then look no further! Cheers, Mark.
