This was my first time using Hamilton Auto Tech Ltd but it certainly won't be the last. Richard and his team went above and beyond regarding my vehicles repair. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my VW Polo and regularly updated me with quotes prior to carrying out any of the work. He repaired my car in a timely manner using genuine VW parts and it cost less than 70% quoted by the main dealer. I was recommended Richard from a friend and I am now glad I have found a mechanic I can trust 100%. If you are searching the internet for vehicle repairs then please look no further. I have been using Hamilton Auto Tech Ltd for about 3 years now. Richard is a top bloke. Very professional. Knows what he is doing, goes beyond just being a technician to making sure that your warranty company pays every bit of your entitlement. Always first class diagnostics and service. I have been using Hamilton Auto Tech for 7 years now for servicing my Mercedes and for one off issues and would highly recommend. Took my car into Rich for its annual service this morning, first time visiting, and he was absolutely spot on. Loaned me a courtesy car while he worked on mine, completed the service very quickly and even took time to fix my number plate which was coming off. Rich provided a very professional and knowledgeable service. Very happy with the cost of the service as it was significantly more reasonable than all the other quotes I'd been given. Being new to the area, he even took the time to recommend some great places for me to visit in Dorset which was very much appreciated. Excellent service- over and above expectation in that the manager researched availability of a part at home to advise availability and cost of an issue discovered during the service of my car. Service cost very good and work completed within the day- it was a busy day for them so I was thinking it must be popular with others too.

Mini Countryman service and MOT carried out quickly and at a good price. Asked if I wanted a lift as I live the other side of town (which I didn't, but offering was nice). Friendly staff who were later happy to help (for free) with minor issue that arose in rear light casing.

Currently away on holiday . Had abs and awd lights coming up on dash. Tried 4 different garages local in the areas to be turned away . Walked straight to reception and within 5 minutes a lovely chap came out and plugged the car in gave us some information we was after . No charge friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to anyone with troubles on holiday or local to the area. 5☆

Really helpful! We were driving by on our way to the isle of wight. We're not from the area and our car was making a grinding noise. We stopped and asked if they could take a look and they did with no issues. Luckily car was fine, but we are very greatful for it being checked. Thank you!

Uniquely great garage. Not only excellent mechanics but extremely reasonably priced, totally trustworthy and yet don't mind taking time to explain everything as far as needed - in my case in very simple terms to someone very ignorant about cars. They'll even squeeze you in at short notice when they have availability. Just feel a bit bad taking my awful old car to such consummate expert gentlemen.

I have not visited this garage but scheduled a pick up and drop off when my car was due for servicing. The pick up guy arrived early, was courteous and polite. My car was dropped off by end of day and I was walked through all the works done to my vehicle. I was very pleased with the service and will utilise their garage in the future. Update: Visited the garage on a Saturday for my MOT. Heads up; the garage is located within one of the units on 193 Garth Road. Drive onto the lot of 193 Garth Road up to the end of the path and turn left. You should see Total Motor Care UK on your left.

Tyre had a puncture while on the road. Called around and other people were quoting ridiculous rip off prices. Went to Total Motor Car and they fixed the puncture at a negligible cost. Shan was super helpful and they are all genuine nice guys who want to help. Very reliable and trustworthy. Will continue to go here for all car jobs. Doing MOT with them soon.

I needed a garage that can work on older BMWs and this one was recommended by a BMW specialist that only works with newer models. Very efficient service, achieved what I wanted, pleasant guys to talk with and they did a FREE Health Check on my car. I will be using them again.
