Richard has great knowledge of Mercedes and is also very fair to his customers- he pointed me to the main dealer for a latent defect repair that Mercedes had to fund when I had no idea, saving me over £1500.

Took my car into Rich for its annual service this morning, first time visiting, and he was absolutely spot on. Loaned me a courtesy car while he worked on mine, completed the service very quickly and even took time to fix my number plate which was coming off. Rich provided a very professional and knowledgeable service. Very happy with the cost of the service as it was significantly more reasonable than all the other quotes I'd been given. Being new to the area, he even took the time to recommend some great places for me to visit in Dorset which was very much appreciated.
