Terry recently undertook the task of bringing power from our house to our external office/work space. He also wired it along with the installation of led ceiling lights and a number of sockets and switches. He also installed the associated earthing rods. In addition we asked for some help with regard to wiring our internet from the house to the new space. Terry was happy to carry out the additional work. At all times Terry was communicative, tidy and professional in the work he’s carried out for us. We were very happy with the service provided. Would use again and would happily recommend to others.

Having never needed an electrician in Dorset before, Terry was the first and only contact I needed to make. He completed a thorough survey of the work required and subsequently provided a quote which I was more than happy with. I did not feel I had to look elsewhere. From first contact with Russell and his team at Starks service has been first class. The whole process from survey to fitting and commissioning was completely seamless. Just had 21 panels (split between east and west of my roof) and a large battery fitted by Russell and his team. The plan being to maximise the amount of solar I generate and combine this with a heat pump (being fitted soon by a separate national installer). I got quotes from a number of solar installers before opting for Starks electrical. Whilst their quote was competitive the thing which stood out most with this company was their knowledge and experience in fitting solar and I liked that they were a local company. I was able to make tweaks to my proposed system and get lots of free advice from Russell’s team so by the time the install went ahead I was really confident about my purchase. There was absolutely no ‘hard sell’ and I was given options for various systems at different price points which was great. The installation was very smooth. The team who did the install were great - worked really hard, were polite courteous and really nice guys who had years (decades!) of experience in solar installs. The system is now working great - even in October! I highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.

Dan responded to my enquiry really quickly and came out to us the next day, resolved part of the job we needed doing sooner and gave us a quote and organised dates for further work. Dan did a brilliant job at fitting a Type 2 EV charger for our home which also required a new fuse board fitting. Notably Dan took the time before installing to help advise a suitable charging unit and furthermore showed me the upgrades installed from our previous fuse board, which I am now glad we have done (regardless of if we had an EV car) as it is a great deal safer than the fuse board we inherited after buying the house recently. Dan did such a good job we also used him for jobs required around the home such as dimmers, electrical wiring of new television in the wall, outdoor lighting and more. Would recommend and will continue to use for all electrical jobs we need in the future.

We have been using Dje Electrical for the past five years and been extremely satisfied with Daniel’s knowledgeable efficient caring service. We were recommended to Daniel after moving into the area. He has rewired the whole house and alarm system, setup our TV and sound system, installed outside lights and sockets. Put up ceiling lights . Installed new electric shower unit. He has helped and advised us on every job completing each job efficiently on time and very tidy. We cannot recommend Daniel and Tom highly enough for all the jobs completed.

Hi I was recommended to Dan by a friend who is also in the electrical profession he and his apprentice arrived on time and replaced our old wired fuse box and checked the entire installation finding a few faults and rectifying them, he was quick, tidy and very professional and knowledgeable I must say that I could recommend him to anyone, thank you again Dan for your help!!

Yup, the good reviews are on point. Gavin & his team did a full rewire of my house, and every aspect of working with him was A1.
