Being new to the area, my car service/MOT was up for renewal. I was called during the day as there was a 'fail' and they checked with me if I was happy to have the repair done. Very friendly garage, rang to book my car in for the alignment to be adjusted. Phone was answered quickly by the receptionist who booked me in for the following morning even though they were busy. Car was straight on the 4 wheel laser alignment ramp at 8.30am Adjusted to spec very quickly and efficiently and back out on the road by 9am!! Car is driving so much better for it and now I know my tyres will last longer. Great job and will definitely use you again!!

Broke down last night and couldn’t find an available garage in the area. However a friend of mine recommended The Garage and they managed to squeeze me in today and fixed the car. I’m really impressed with this garage as there was a mess up with dates with the hire car company which could have left me high and dry. Thank you and will return in the future.

Really happy with this garage, they've had my van in for a heater matrix which I was expecting to be a big job, but only took them a few hours to do which was amazing! Then dropped our Volvo off for belts and a tensioner, they did it, again, without issue and at a good price. Will be using them on a regular basis from now on!

My car was collected for the work to be done, on returning it was explained that the job had taken longer that expected a full explaination given. I was happy with the final invoice. I have only praise to give to Fairview. They brought a car back to life that had been sitting on our driveway for over a year, and I really thought it was heading for the scrap heap. They didn't give up on it - even towing it from our house to their garage. They fixed it keeping the price as competitive as they could, and we have our car back again, in excellent working order, for a fraction of the cost of buying a second hand one. I am a very satisfied and grateful customer!

24 hours ago, (1pm Thursday) whilst stopped at a red light in Tesco's, Cinderford, our alternator decided to die! We rang TWC and asked if they could possibly slot is in at short notice. Initially it didn't look good as they were full. We were in a dire situation as we're down here on holiday and heading back to Scotland on the Saturday! However, somehow they managed to shuffle things about to help us out, and told us to bring it in. It took our recovery service ages to get us lifted and back to 'home base'. Thankfully they were still open and we managed to drop it off for them to have a look at today. Long story cut short, they found us the correct part and less than 24hours after we dropped the car off, we were collecting it again fully fixed. That's the short version. The long version involved several calls to the garage on the day to update them, as well as them moving things around to help us out.... essentially, I gave them a right old run around!! The team were incredibly helpful, and nothing seemed to phase them at all. Can't thank you all enough for the excellent job that you did, and at a price I would say was very reasonable!! Thank you guys for going that extra mile, you put us right at ease and were great to deal with. Work is done efficiently and effectively. Always friendly and explains issues that he feels may need attention. Upfront with pricing which is also very fair. Very trustworthy and excellent service. I have not service or bought a car from this site, however I had an issue with my car and they let me borrow some tools. Staff was friendly and understanding!

We recently had work carried out on our van by another garage, after having the van back, the few days following we had a coolant low warning, after topping this up and moving on we were travelling on a dual carriageway when we experienced a complete loss of power and could hear that the turbo was no longer active, when it was safe to stop we opened the engine bay and noticed the intercooler pipe was no longer attached, we didn’t have the tool needed to secure with us but luckily there was a nearby garage (Bourton Land Rover) despite the fact that it was nearly 5pm on a Friday afternoon we thought it was worth asking if they could help us out in a pinch, they not only secured the pipe back into place but also noticed several hoses to and from the coolant reservoir had not been secured correctly with hose clips (which explains our coolant loss issue) to top it all off the friendly garage owner from Bourton Land Rover did not even charge us a penny for their assistance. I would highly recommend this business, they are decent, honest and professional technicians with a friendly and welcoming attitude! Thank you Bourton Land Rover!

Took my car for an MOT and hilariously had my brake drums lock up on me 50 meters away from the garage, causing the car to break down right outside. I explained this to them and they were able to fix the issue, get it MOT'd all within 3 days. These guys saved my bacon on such short time and cannot thank em enough!

Fantastic service all the staff was very helpful and friendly we was on holiday in Dorset and they managed to fix the coolant cap on a Citroen C3 in a matter of minutes before we had to go home. Would highly recommend them. 5 star service

I was so impressed with the recovery service provided by SJ Autos. I broke down on a Sunday in a remote location and they were with me promptly and within the estimated time. They recovered my vehicle and provided me with a courtesy car which was unexpected and meant I could get on with my day. They took my car to their garage and it was fixed by 5pm the next day. Really got us out of a pickle tonight when elderly Mother in law's car broke down in Yeovil. They arrived almost immediately and recovered her car to Wells. Really reasonable price and very kind and courteous service. You've no idea what a relief it was especially as it was freezing, dark and her passenger was 93. Thank you so much. Absolutely the best Audi VW specialist garage in the southwest of UK. I run a VW Transporter and they have carried out all types of work for me to a very high standard, on time and as cost effectively as possible. I have recieved better service at M-Tech than at a VW main service centre.

Their knowledge and experience should give all nervous customers confidence and they will always find the most cost effective solution. Outstanding service and exceptional value for money. 8-year-old VW Tiguan needed rear diff replacement. Personally recommended by a local non-VW garage to contact Nick – who did not disappoint. A VW main dealership would have charged circa £7,000 for the job with a brand-new rear diff. Nick went out of his way to source a reliable second-hand diff @ £1,000 which was fitted yesterday. Excellent communication too on progress to source the diff. Total bill for fitting diff, Haldex service, MOT and sorting out pan roof drain tube came to circa £1,500 + VAT. Brilliant job by Nick and his exceptional team; thank you. It was a joy to talk direct to experts who pride themselves on exemplary customer service and honest advice.
