Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo it’s a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available 😋

I can’t thank you guys enough for what you did for our Minnie and for Tobi and his team Minnie had to have heart surgery as she had a heart murmur at grade 6 and with her being such a tiny puppy we thout we were going to lose her but luckily the surgery worked and she now a normal puppy these guys really were amazing thankyou for all did for us and Minnie

This service has been run by Jonathan for 37 years now! He is courteous, helpful, and proficient. And If you call him he will endeavour to talk through with you any issues you may have, which could well save you money!! I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Southern Electrics!!

I had an issue with my electric sockets in my house which happened over night and I was having an issue to find the cause/source for the problem. After long day at work it was challenge to get some one to come around to fix. I "googled" found this SES LTD. When called spoken to Jonathan who patiently listened to my story and explanation of events and what I tried so far. He kindly gave me some further guidance and advice what else to try and after 2 more calls over the next 20 min we found the cause. Jonathan does not know me and I didn't know him, however he treated me like he is just a friend who would happily to help out when needed. He didn't even ask for money. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

100% recommended for Invisalign treatment. Both my sister and I have had orthodontic treatment at dental on the banks and very happy indeed. What I feel really stands out is that post treatment they are still extremely helpful in any aftercare. Friendly reception team and clearly very experienced dental professionals. Excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired about teeth whitening, my email was answered quickly and I easily booked in for a consultation. The process was explained clearly, scans done and I returned a week later for my fitting and instructions. I am absolutely delighted with the results - easy, painless and my teeth look fantastic! We have just had an exceptionally positive experience at Beacon Lodge. My teenage daughter received the highest standard of care from Verity and assisted by equally caring Louise. The results are superb and Verity's skill and attention to detail in replacing a problematic baby tooth and composite filling was second to none, along with her kind and understanding manner in dealing with my daughter. Thank you Verity for your creativity and professional skills. Louise and all the Reception staff are so professional especially dealing with Covid related procedures, and during several visits for various stages of the procedure, we always received a warm and efficient welcome at Beacon Lodge. I HATE the dentist, have been terrified since a child. I found Verity purely by chance. I would 100% recommend her and her lovely dental nurse (so sorry, I don't know your name) They both put me at my ease and allow me to be a silly, terrified patient. Thank you both for your understanding and kindness. Also, a shout out to the receptionist (again, sorry, I don't know your name), you are so very friendly, helpful and approachable. I have always had very good treatment at this practice from Mr Dillingham and the other dentists in the practice and the nurses and reception staff . They are always very caring and efficient especially now coping with the Covid problem. I have been going to this practice for nigh on 20 years having been recommended to go there by a close friend. However, shortly after walking into the surgery, I met Bilal who told me the procedure would be relatively straight forward. I’m currently just over 2 weeks post op on getting both my lower wisdom teeth out. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. I was really nervous getting my teeth out but Sami and Sarah were absolutely amazing. They were both so reassuring and empathetic. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable which i really appreciated. When i got them out, Sami was very quick & both of them were out in like 5 minutes. I luckily had little to no swelling and the pain wasn’t horrible. There was a point where it was very painful and i contacted smilekind and they were so wonderful at getting me an appointment quickly so the dentist could take a look. The holes seem to be healing nice as well. I’ve see to many horror stories of wisdom teeth extractions, im very grateful for Samis expertise in getting them out without any problems. He’s very confident in the work he does and i found that really comforting. Again, a massive thank you to the whole team. A lot of places don’t seem to care about their patients anymore so it’s refreshing to see a business remain genuine in wanting to help.

This was my first time going to a dentist to extract a tooth. I am someone who have pride in my teeth and at the age of 68 had a full set of teeth. Unfortunately one of them broke while I am on holiday in the UK. Smile Kind was very professional, patient and made me comfortable. Bilal and Sarah were absolutely superb. I've never EVER had work done on my teeth before so having my wisdom tooth out felt like a big deal but I can honestly say, the needles and the extraction were NOT painful or scary at all. It was such a smooth experience and I would go back there to have more out if I could. Very talented dentists who made the whole process a positive one.

Having a dental phobia it took a lot to seek out treatment for a molar that needed extracting. SmileKind was definitely the right choice. During the initial consultation I was so anxious I could barely get the words out but they were very patient and explained the treatment process which was reassuring. We had Dorset electrical out to carry out a full rewire of the property, we found the services very pleasing. Given we where worried about the extent of the works required. We ended up moving out the property while the guys carried out their work. They even found us a contractor for making good after. We also upgraded to have camera system installed with a wireless alarm too. Over the moon with the end result and will have no hesitation with recommending the guys at Dorset Electrical Services.

In this clinic you can find a friendly family atmosphere. My wife and I have been clients of this clinic for many years. We have had various services done here ,from oral hygiene ,through filling cavities to crowns. We have always left satisfied. The entire staff is wonderful, but our favorite person is Dr. Urlika.

I’ve been a patient with Teeth on the Heath for many years and found them to be very caring and gentle when treatment is required. My recent visit was to start procedure for dental implants which was explained in detail before the treatment and carried out in surgical conditions to avoid any infections. Luke was really helpful in my moment of need. My thermostat had broken and the house was freezing cold. I gave him a call and he came almost immediately to check out the situation after his daytime jobs were done. Once I had a new device, he came to fit it within a few days which was a huge relief!! Luke is friendly and reasonably priced, and I'll certainly be a returning customer.
