I had an accident over the weekend and knocked out my front teeth, I was in a lot of pain and needed them fixed as soon as possible. The very helpful receptionist at Bupa dental care in Shaftesbury spoke to my mum and had us booked in first thing Monday morning without any issues. The dentist I saw was absolutely incredible, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and the treatment was painless. My teeth look amazing and I’m so pleased with them. To have it done so quickly, efficiently, painlessly and with incredible customer service makes such a difference. Thank you to all the team!

Absolutely brilliant team here - I felt so nervous returning to the dentist after many years, but everyone at the Shaftesbury practice made me feel at ease and have continued to demonstrate the best service possible throughout my care. Massive thanks to Louis Fisher, who has taken care of my teeth since, and the reception team, including Trudy and Eleanor, who have helped me out with other aspects of my experience there. Can't recommend enough!

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

We brought a house with 12 solar panels just over a month ago. We knew the panels were not serviced or cleaned since installed 10 years ago (2013) We reached out to DES Ltd who completed a full service and cleaning service. My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. And last but not least, many thanks to the caring and supportive dental nurses - your kind and knowledgeable service to patients is so much appreciated. I consider myself very lucky indeed to be a patient at the Walford Mill dental practice over many years and have confidence in the ongoing care that I will receive in the years to come. This is an excellent and outstanding practice.

Rob has done a number of awkward works for us over the last year. He's a great communicator, and went above and beyond to create solutions for some tricky issues with our G2 listed property, which others couldn't figure out. He's always on time, cleans up at end of day, professional, and checks with us if he's found a better, or better value, alternative for the work we had in mind. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Just had 21 panels (split between east and west of my roof) and a large battery fitted by Russell and his team. The plan being to maximise the amount of solar I generate and combine this with a heat pump (being fitted soon by a separate national installer). I got quotes from a number of solar installers before opting for Starks electrical. Whilst their quote was competitive the thing which stood out most with this company was their knowledge and experience in fitting solar and I liked that they were a local company. I was able to make tweaks to my proposed system and get lots of free advice from Russell’s team so by the time the install went ahead I was really confident about my purchase. There was absolutely no ‘hard sell’ and I was given options for various systems at different price points which was great. The installation was very smooth. The team who did the install were great - worked really hard, were polite courteous and really nice guys who had years (decades!) of experience in solar installs. The system is now working great - even in October! I highly recommend this company.

I was delighted with the quality of service provided. James helped connect a new electric towel heater and install an external socket at my home. Great job, very thorough and efficient.
