I cannot recommend The Gentle Dentistry highly enough—they are, without question, the best dentists I've ever visited (and I've been to quite a few). As a very anxious patient with previous bad experiences, I thoroughly researched to find a trustworthy dentist for complex work. My search led me to The Gentle Dentistry. After reviewing their website, I decided to book a consultation. From the moment I walked through the door, the experience was seamless. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I received a detailed treatment plan, with every aspect clearly explained. I required multiple appointments due to the complexity of the work, and each visit was reassuring, with the entire process clearly outlined. Meeting Dan and Ed for different treatments was a pleasure—they provided exceptional care. The assistants were fantastic, offering support throughout the entire process. When I first came to The Gentle Dentistry, I hated my smile and had severe trauma from past dental issues and bad experiences. Now, I have a smile I'm proud of and much less fear of dental work. I highly recommend Dan, Ed, and The Gentle Dentistry for their meticulous attention to detail and outstanding work. I experienced no pain during any treatment, and even the injections, which I usually dread, were barely noticeable. Anyone needing dental care or struggling with anxiety about dentists should definitely go here.

Yesterday I needed emergency treatment for a tooth infection. Gentle Dentistry gave me an immediate appointment I was treated by Ed who was absolutely amazing professional and made me feel at ease. I have been coming to Gentle Dentistry for a few years now and I’m always impressed by their professionalism, warmth and friendliness every time. I visited several dentists to explore options for replacing a lost tooth, and Gentle Dentistry stood out from the rest. Lovely breakfast. I'm no food snob but you can tell quality ingredients in a fry-up. My photo might look a bit tomato heavy (yum) but I asked to swap out the mushrooms (yuk) which was no problem. Good service and very friendly staff. Lots of interesting bikes to look at too.

Lovely breakfast and initial service let down sadly when we asked for additional hot drinks to be told by the young man waiter it would take ages to make them so we didn’t bother. Been a while since we’ve been here and may be a while until we come back again after today sadly.

Mixed experience at The Old Brewery. The service was very good, quick and friendly and the coffee was good although the large Americano seemed to be just a single shot with extra water rather than 2 shots (it wasn’t very strong). The Brewery breakfast tasted really good for something which came too quickly to have been cooked to order and unfortunately this was evident with the eggs in particular which looked like they had been sitting under heat lamps for a while. Overall the quality of the food was very good just a shame it wasn’t cooked to order.

Just a quick coffee stop to the new look Cafe...much more space now in the showroom space, so now can easily seat larger groups. Lots of different areas to be seated in..staff are very friendly and helpful and the food and drink are always great at very reasonable prices... always on my list of favourites for a ride, coffee or breakfast..👍

What can I say, great customer service - Family run business. Very knowledgeable, service and of parts, with cost. Extremely easy to get an appointment, regardless of how busy Home Heroes are, thank you. The Plumber who attended site, was easy to talk to, distilling confidence, keen to talk through what he will be doing and why. Quick repair/replacement of Shower Thermostat/Valve. Billing is so easy and reasonably priced, quick to do. I was emailed a receipt for payment, which I thoroughly appreciated. I for one, will be back and anyone reading this review who is looking for a plumber, look no further, you get what you pay for quality of service from inception to completion A***..... I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. My implants fit perfectly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the staff at South Coast Dental. How I wish it had been the same for me as a child. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

Really pleased with the work that RN Stephenson has done for us including board checks, new outdoor lights and sockets, new light fittings inside and a callout when our fusebox went one evening. Rob has done a number of awkward works for us over the last year. He's a great communicator, and went above and beyond to create solutions for some tricky issues with our G2 listed property, which others couldn't figure out. He's always on time, cleans up at end of day, professional, and checks with us if he's found a better, or better value, alternative for the work we had in mind. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Lovely electricians, managed to squeeze me in last minute after I was let down by another local company. I needed the lights and the extractor fan in my new teeny downstairs toilet to be connected before building regs could be signed off, and it was done the very next day with no fuss. They also added new sockets to my utility room as I couldn't use the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time with the old ones that were already in place, as the lights all tripped. The guys were clean and tidied up after themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again when the next stage of renovations start. Thanks
