I was delighted with the quality of service provided. James helped connect a new electric towel heater and install an external socket at my home. Great job, very thorough and efficient. What a lovely surprise 30th meal for my partners birthday. Gabriela is such an amazing host, couldn’t thank her enough for all her help with organising. The food was outstanding! I had the goats cheese mousse to start and it’s the best starter I’ve ever had! Have been before and will definitely return. Great value for money and lovely/friendly staff. 10/10

Decent lunch. I would have preferred a bit less of the “brulee” and a bit more crab meat, maybe with a bit of a citrus twist. We saved our bread and butter that came out at the start as it does need that. The meat (chicken and duck) were good quality but maybe lacked a bit of seasoning. Fries were tasty.

Fantastic meal - everything delicious but the highlights were a goats cheddar mousse, lamb with Jerusalem artichokes and a beetroot sticky toffee pudding. Lovely vibe - busy but you can hear each other speak, great art on the walls and friendly service. Wish I lived nearer for this to be my local!

I came across this restaurant by chance when in Sherborne. The food was absolutely delicious. I had a starter and main dish. The duck was superb - so tasty and delicious. The service was really good too. I will come back again with my husband next time. I haven't tasted such delicious food in a long time. 😊

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. I came across Pure Electric from an advertisement in the local news magazine and was impressed by the service information provided when compared to others. I then visited the website, which again I found very informative and easy to navigate through, and from there requested a time slot for a quote for the work I was looking to have carried out. Replacement of a light pendant, replacement of a plug socket and repair cooker hood extractor fan. By sending photographs of the work required this allowed for a quote to be made remotely. Once the quote had been accepted a date and time was set for when the work could be carried out. Lee arrived on time and confirmed the work required. He looked professional in company badged clothing and was polite and approachable. He explained what he was going to do and then carried out the work efficiently. He left the work areas as clean and tidy as they were beforehand. The cost of the work was agreed beforehand and the invoice reflected the quote, no hidden charges and value for money. In all an excellent service for which I would not hesitate to recommend.

I spotted Lee's van going to visit a neighbour and asked him to drop in as I had a small job that needed doing in the garden. When he did the work getting power from the garage to a water feature and installed some LED up-lighting for the garden. I was really amazed at the tidiness of the job and truthfully, I've never seen neater work by any other electrician ever! So, it made sense to ask Lee to install a RING doorbell and cameras around the house. Again, a top notch job from an OCD electrician...and I would recommend him to anyone who wants an electrical job done PROPERLY! I'd give him 6* if possible!

Lee has been our electrician for years and has never let us down. This time we needed a dual plug socket put in a quite difficult area to get to in our kitchen behind our fridge and washing machine. As usual he did an excellent job and tidied up as always after also. The Invoice was as per the quote as always and despite it being harder than expected Lee said he would honour the quote despite me saying he could add a bit on to allow for this. He is excellent and very professional to deal with and no doubt we will use for many years to come.
