I contacted Kye on recommendation to rip out my old bathroom and modernise it.I would have no hesitation in recommending him for your plumbing and bathroom renovation work. Always on time and totally focused on the job in hand. I found him totally professional and knowledgeable in his field. I am now the proud owner of a superbly fitted shower room.. I can warmly recommend him and would have no hesitation in contacting him again for some future work.

Really great job Installing my new boiler, a super efficient and tidy worker. Also really transparent about pricing and endeavoured to get me the best price. After a series of not great workmen I've had in my house I will be recommending heatfluence to anyone that asks.

Heatfluence is the best company we've worked with for complete strip-out and installing new bathrooms (& we've done c.20). Kye has been responsive, ultra-professional, has listened to what we want and executed it brilliantly, turned up every day on time and worked solidly. We would recommend him absolutely. We love our new bathrooms, everything works perfectly, and we didn't even give him biscuits with his coffee. The best. We almost miss him.

Todd has come to our home on a number of occasions, to fit a shower, new bathroom, remove old radiators, fit new radiators, leaking taps. We had so many problems with our home through renovations and Todd was fantastic on each occasion, fitting us in last minute to ensure other trades could complete works. He’s always on time , leave the house tidy, friendly with the whole family and his work is 101% every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to keep using him in the future and recommending to friends and family

We called at Todd after a leak was discovered, he went out of his way to rearrange his appointments to ensure that he could attend to our emergency call out whilst meeting his commitments the same day. Superb work and excellent value.

Had water leaking through the ceiling. Phoned Todd early on a Saturday Morning and he was with us within minutes. The leek was found to be coming from within a wall and in an awkward position. Although he was limited for time he still ensured that all the necessary work was completed. Cannot fault the service provided. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I thank my lucky stars I found Todd. The inlet valve on my combi boiler was not switching off. As I am new to the area I now live in, I knew no contractors and had no recommendations. I went to what I thought was a local accredited company for help. They charged me £128 for a call out and diagnostic visit. They then wanted to charge me £155 for a new part, £207 for labour + VAT. In despair at this extortionate sum, I contacted Todd. He visited the next day, unjammed the valve, gave it a squirt of oil and charged me just £80. This is your man. He knows exactly what he is doing and does it quickly and efficiently. His contact number is now permanently in my phone. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much, Todd.

Always great service from Neville. This time he changed a radiator for us, which included unboxing the pipework, running new larger pipes and making good after. He's very reliable, prompt and a pleasure to have around. He left my kitchen cleaned and hoovered, and I was delighted that I only had a tiny amount of paintwork to touch up!

We have used Pitman Plumbing a few times now, and the service has always been great and sorted issues out. We recently moved to a older farmhouse and not knowing where all water pipes where and was so helpful and got the job done quickly. Always recommend Neville to anyone looking for a plumber. Malcolm has undertaken work for us since we have been living in Dorchester over the last six years. I would not use anyone else. He is extremely reliable and all his work is carried out with the utmost precision and care for detail. He only accepts the highest standards and you always feel very comfortable when he is around your home. I have no hesitation in recommending him most highly.

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. He was prompt to arrive at the prearranged time and conducted the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. He left the respective areas as found. A1 run an excellent service. Simon and his team have done all my landlord safety checks and fixed all the plumbing and heating household issues we've had over the past 4 1/2 years, as well as fitting a new oven. They are quick to respond to call outs and are very efficient and reliable in their work. A great team of skilled workers, I would highly recommend this business

Simon is very knowledgeable in swiftly diagnosing problems and trusted in undertaken numerous jobs in my home over the years: installed new boiler and replaced my leaking immersion, flushed radiator system and carried out various repairs, fixed dripping taps, and team installed replacement bath shower and kitchen taps and annual boiler servicing all to excellent standard. Even when my boiler pipes froze when we had the freezing snowy weather Simons responsive mobile communication was excellent and didn't leave me in the cold. Best plumbers I've come across!

Fantastic find. Quirky, friendly & good value. Try it! We saw a sign to the Gallery in the market square in Beaminster and I popped down the road for a look as the pub we had intended to visit had just stopped food service. I am so glad we did find the Tangerine Gallery & Cafe. The place is a maze of small individual rooms, so social distancing is no problem. My wife and I chose to eat in the lovely cottage garden. Again, there is a choice of places to sit - we chose the hexagonal summer house. The staff were very friendly and, just as it says on the menu, everything is prepared fresh. The raspberry milk shake was bursting with fresh raspberries. We both chose the pork stir fry (good value at £7.90) and everything tasted crisp and fresh. We liked it so much that we took two slices of their lovely Dorset Apple Cake and Marmalade Bread Pudding away with us. Being a gallery, there were paintings and craft works for sale as well. We chose a new mascot for our caravan. If you are in the area, I really recommend the Tangerine Cafe.

Visited the Tangerine Cafe yesterday for the first time on our way down to West Bay (a short hop). The cafe is a perfect haven of calm with a cosy coffee shop, light and quiet orangery and a beautiful tea garden. There are also books and art work for sale. The food is varied, original and very tasty. We each had something different and really enjoyed the coconut peanut butter French toast and lovely fresh strawberries, Greek salad, scrambled eggs, French toast and bacon. The coffee is very good indeed. Sue, Chris and the team were very welcoming and we will definitely be back soon.

This was a spur of the moment stop to break up a long journey home and we are so glad we did. The cafe itself has been beautifully designed with beautiful garden and interesting local artwork. The menu was fantastic and had specials that changed daily (I loved the bubble and squeak and poached egg) and it was so lovely to be able to see in the kitchen. It also had really good glueten free options. The owners were incredibly friendly and chatty and made us feel really welcome.

From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly responsive, they scheduled a visit at a time that suited me, and they arrived promptly, wasting no time in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.

Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly.
