Malcolm has undertaken work for us since we have been living in Dorchester over the last six years. I would not use anyone else. He is extremely reliable and all his work is carried out with the utmost precision and care for detail. He only accepts the highest standards and you always feel very comfortable when he is around your home. I have no hesitation in recommending him most highly.

Malcolm conducted the annual Water Tank Service as well as fixing the plug in the ensuite bathroom. He was prompt to arrive at the prearranged time and conducted the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. He left the respective areas as found. Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. I called Zane to fix a leak with a toilet, and he did an outstanding job. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently, with no mess left behind. What stood out most was his flexibility and willingness to work around the occupants schedules, ensuring minimal disruption. Zane is not only highly skilled but also polite and accommodating. Zane is an absolute treasure. Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Darren at Valley Drains was really helpful. He and his co-worker came out within two hours of me contacting them. They dealt with my blocked drains extremely efficiently. Turned out it was an issue for Wessex Water, so Darren explained how I should be able to get a refund. I found he and his colleague polite, professional and cheerful. Would definitely recommend.

Darren and Jack cleared several blocked up rainwater drains and ran a CCTV survey at a property I've just moved into. When I first called their number it went to voicemail but Darren texted me an hour or so later when he had signal and was at my house within 24hrs of first contact. They arrived early, talked me through everything, made useful suggestions for solutions and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. The drains are all unblocked, they cleaned up after themselves and I now know much more about the drainage situation here and have options for future works. Throughout they were polite, professional and respectful. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

I would highly recommend Osprey Plumbing services. The business director and owner, Kieran, is reliable and very approachable. He fitted a new combi-boiler in my house recently and I am so pleased with his work. He is efficient and a very conscientious and neat worker, he cleaned up after himself so well you wouldn’t know we’d had any work done. On top of this, Kieran doesn't charge over-the- top, ridiculous prices. His pricing is reasonable and fair.

I very highly recommend Tap plumbing! I’ve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently.
