Chris altered the boiler pipe work so that the Magnaclean filter was not only accessible but is now protecting the systems it was meant to protect. Darren at Valley Drains was really helpful. He and his co-worker came out within two hours of me contacting them. They dealt with my blocked drains extremely efficiently. Turned out it was an issue for Wessex Water, so Darren explained how I should be able to get a refund. I found he and his colleague polite, professional and cheerful. Would definitely recommend.

Darren and Jack cleared several blocked up rainwater drains and ran a CCTV survey at a property I've just moved into. When I first called their number it went to voicemail but Darren texted me an hour or so later when he had signal and was at my house within 24hrs of first contact. They arrived early, talked me through everything, made useful suggestions for solutions and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. The drains are all unblocked, they cleaned up after themselves and I now know much more about the drainage situation here and have options for future works. Throughout they were polite, professional and respectful. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

With a 6 wk old babygirl you can imagine the pile of washing. As soon as I had called to explain the issue Darren and team were on hand immediately to rectify the problem, what a relief 😅. Todd has come to our home on a number of occasions, to fit a shower, new bathroom, remove old radiators, fit new radiators, leaking taps. We had so many problems with our home through renovations and Todd was fantastic on each occasion, fitting us in last minute to ensure other trades could complete works. I thank my lucky stars I found Todd. The inlet valve on my combi boiler was not switching off. As I am new to the area I now live in, I knew no contractors and had no recommendations. I went to what I thought was a local accredited company for help. They charged me £128 for a call out and diagnostic visit. They then wanted to charge me £155 for a new part, £207 for labour + VAT. In despair at this extortionate sum, I contacted Todd. He visited the next day, unjammed the valve, gave it a squirt of oil and charged me just £80. This is your man. He knows exactly what he is doing and does it quickly and efficiently. His contact number is now permanently in my phone. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much, Todd.

Simon and his team have done all my landlord safety checks and fixed all the plumbing and heating household issues we've had over the past 4 1/2 years, as well as fitting a new oven. Always great service from Neville. This time he changed a radiator for us, which included unboxing the pipework, running new larger pipes and making good after. He's very reliable, prompt and a pleasure to have around. He left my kitchen cleaned and hoovered, and I was delighted that I only had a tiny amount of paintwork to touch up!

I originally arranged for David to fit my kitchen worktops in 2012. While he was here, he offered to carry out the plumbing and essentially completed the whole job. He also commissioned the new boiler that had been fitted but not used. The following year I rang him to service the heating system and I've been using him ever since. David is usually available at short notice when necessary and his office back up is excellent, with an annual reminder when work is due. I have no hesitation in recommending David Wells. He's reliable, professional and has become more of a friend than just a tradesman.

Our boiler stopped working about 2 weeks before Christmas, and I contacted Dave at Exo. He came out for a quick assessment before work the next morning, and then continued over the next several days ordering and changing all the relevant parts, even at the weekend!
