Hot water tank leaking on a Friday evening, but Mike replied to our enquiry quickly, gave immediate reassurance and booked work to start on the Monday, completed by two very competent young guys, couldn't have been any more thorough and very polite. I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.

Called Alec after a toilet flush broke. He came within 40 minutes to view the issue and returned the next day to replace with a better mechanism. All done and dusted within 24 hours. Great service and will be back in touch when next need his services.

Alec was very responsive when we enquired about an electric shower unit replacement being installed. Alec and Jack came and advised us on which replacement unit would be suitable to order and then came promptly to fit it on the day it was delivered. Phoned on a Saturday teatime for a repair (which meant we had no running water in a family home) . Little ones to bath and no ability to flush the toet lr Brush teeth . This company called me back within 5 mins of my voicemail . Spoke professionally & gave me an estimation of time and cost and followed through on both and got the job done. Am vvery happy to recommend a fellow brit who is self employed , supporting a mu h needed trade . Please note ; some charlatans online stating that they do emergency callouts for £60-£80 and then charge seven or eight times the amount of what a job should be charged at when they get onsite is prevalent ! This chap does an honest rate , reputable work with integrity . 5 Stars !

Alec sorted out the pipework in a utility room following building work that we had undertaken to extend the room. The new pipe work included the hot and cold supply for a sink and washing machine and new waste pipe work. It was a quick half-day job: Alec did a really neat job with the pipes, left the place clean and tidy and obviously takes pride in his work. The attached photo shows the pipe work ready for the cupboard units to be fixed to the wall, so I'll need to get Alec back once I've had the cupboards fitted.

Jeremy from SCD Plumbing carried out a power flush and boiler replacement over two days. After the installation of the boiler on the second day, Jeremy took extra care to ensure that all the radiators were working properly. We had problems with 4 radiators not working properly before this so this was an excellent result for us. No hesitation in recommending SCD Plumbing so we'll done Jeremy.

We recently moved into a house and had to move our gas meter, SCD Plumbing was very fast at coming out to connect the meter back up to the boiler and install the gas pipe in the kitchen to how we would like them so we can renovate our kitchen, they listened to how we wanted things done and they done this that way, they were very helpful and also helped us to take out old gas pipes. The two men who attended were very professional, I highly recommend this company.

Came to our aid when our usual plumber couldn’t be reached on a Saturday with water coming through the ceiling! Chris is efficient, well spoken and reliable.

Hot water tank started leaking, no replies from other plumbers. Called Chris who was able to take a look within a few hours. Came back the next day to fit a new one. Kept us informed the whole time. Very polite, clean, friendly, fast service and reasonably priced. Will definitely be using Chris again!
