Malcolm has undertaken work for us since we have been living in Dorchester over the last six years. I would not use anyone else. He is extremely reliable and all his work is carried out with the utmost precision and care for detail. He only accepts the highest standards and you always feel very comfortable when he is around your home. I have no hesitation in recommending him most highly.

I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Full marks and definately one for my future tradesman list.

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. Our boiler stopped working and when I phoned Thomas at Tap he answered immediately and came out within a couple of hours. The spare part was ordered and our boiler was working again the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. They worked tidily and explained clearly what they needed to do. Will certainly use them again.

Chris altered the boiler pipe work so that the Magnaclean filter was not only accessible but is now protecting the systems it was meant to protect. This and some other work was done professionally, efficiently and exactly to the quote. Chris arrived exactly when he said, did a great job and at a reasonable cost. I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Daniel and Kelly have been of immense assistance to me, with a variety of small but difficult issues and on several occasions . Nothing has been too much trouble for them and response times have been excellent, with Kelly being ace at communication . Daniel has readily called back to make a few adjustments as needed . And all at times to fit in with my work schedule down on the coast . They have also both worked hard to introduce me to other trades which I was having difficulty sourcing to handle some house improvements which required more skill than I could muster .
